You’re feeling absolutely fantastic this morning! But not for the reason you think. You don’t feel good because it’s Christmas Eve. You don’t feel good because you know what’s under the tree, or even because you’re off work or have no professional Zoom meetings tomorrow (likely for a whole week!), or that your favorite food is being prepared, or that your playlist is FIRE and the Temptations are going in on ‘Silent Night’. All of these things may very well seem to be happening, but they’re not causing that quiet-Joy you’re aware of. You’re just presently in alignment... allowing yourself to feel good, to experience God. You’re currently BEing your true Self! This is your natural state— one of uncaused joy, ease, love, relaxation and peace. What people call ‘The Christmas Spirit’ is your original nature, and you can feel this way even on your first day back to work, if you give yourself permission. God didn’t come closer this morning, and It won’t get further away next week. We just changed the way we are living in this moment. And now we must keep living this way... remembering to recognize that the Light is ALWAYS on inside. That we are this Light. What do you hear when thinking stops? When wanting stops?  Ask yourself that question and linger in the silence behind the question.  Who am I when I want nothing?  ... Before I went to India, I was told in a very Divine way by someone sent to me, to come there with an empty heart, and an empty mind, not wanting anything, not desiring anything, not craving anything, not seeking solutions or answers, not seeking anything, not expecting anything at all. And I felt it. I heard that message so clearly. And of course, the mind came up and I said, "Well, how do I do that? How do I go about doing that?" And he said, "just Love God." What stage are you in right now?  What stage is this in the story of you, in the story of your unfoldment? Can you kiss it,  the way God is kissing you? Can you look at it,  the way God sees it?  You have to keep discriminating between the real and the unreal. This, that you find yourself in was not sent to hurt you. It was sent to heal you. It was sent to help 'you' find 'You'. Relax more.  Soften, even more. That's how you kiss the stage. That's how you allow the stage to make room for the next.
