Strength often doesn't cry for your attention, it whispers softly in the background and transcends through people, a gentle hug, a sudden message from a friend you've been missing, a kind gesture from a stranger, a short line of courage you read from your old journal and that changes your whole mood. Knowing there's someone who cares is enough to get you through a difficult time.
I hope this episode finds you where you are in life and reminds you that you're not alone.
Catch you next week!
Have you let yourself grieve something, someone you loved so much? Grieve is part of love, it's a huge part of life and a beautiful experience at the same time that I get to share now and talk about.
Let it be heavy. Let it shatter you but don't let it consume you or pull you away from love again. Your ability to grieve is your capacity to open your heart and fully love. If you're going through a big transition in your life, this episode is for you my love.
I hope this helps, leave me a review below and share this episode with someone you think might need this 🩷
Blessings your way,
Sarah
The older I get, the more I realize that freedom is not just a feeling. Freedom is a whole way of living, to live with curiosity and open mind to pursue what is authentic. I encourage you to remind yourself to be compassionate, set standards and boundaries to what is okay and what isn't. You can be both at the same time. There isn't a box you're meant to cuddle and fit in.
Much love,
Sarah
In this episode, I speak about the challenges of finding the right people to connect with, where we decide to spend our energy and how we can master truth in our life without sacrificing who we are in order to fit. The more your expand your consciousness and listen to your intuition, it gets tough, yes but at the end its a win-win for you and others because you're only bringing what's true to you and through that you're clear on what you want.
It's the invitation to sit with yourself and see life as it is not as you are. You are not here to prove anything or justify but to live your purpose with expression and curiosity. Lead with this energy and see how your life begins to change. Curiosity, creativity and mastering surrenderance to what comes to you. You always have something to choose from and you only have the power to change that or keep things the same.
I hope this reminds you of your potential, not live in limitations.
Practical way you can do this is being present in things you do, during conversations and be aware of what is happening right then. Meditation helps you with clarity and inner peace, the more you sit with yourself even when its the most tougest things to do, you are training your mind and body - reminding yourself that it is okay. It is safe.

To everyone who's showing up and working everyday for their goals and making the best out of their day, I am rooting for you in the corner. You're not alone. Continue showing up even when it feels uncertain, difficult, tiring because you know you can slow your pace down anytime you want. No one's chasing you, yours plans and dreams are not running away from you if you slow down.
Rest isn't productive. It's simply what the body needs.
There were weeks like last week when I kept moving and barely giving myself the rest I needed, especially for my mind. Quiet down your mind, take care of your body and everything you're feeding yourself from food to the people you surround yourself with - they all have energy. It's your responsibility to step away from something/someone if it's not aligned anymore.
Love & blessings,
Sarah
Comparison stems from not being satisfied and happy with who you are because you're constantly looking at other people's highlight reels and the 10% you see on social media. Protect what you consume, cleanse your sight from unnecessary drama, gossip and news. You don't have to know everything, focus on your progress and where you're heading so you don't lose sight of your vision.
Trusting is hard for some people who have had a bad experience growing up and trusting someone and felt betrayed or trusting themselves led them to an unexpected bad situation.
In this episode, I guide you to ask yourself "if I trusted now, what will I do with the one life I have even if it feels scary"
TRUST, dear one, lean into it more and don't be afraid to ask questions to get to your truth. It's messy but I promise you its liberating to live an authentic life than to follow the grain 🩷
I hope you enjoy this one!
You are so much far than you used to be. In this society now, it's so quick to go to the next task and forget about the things you used to struggle with. Learn to step back and appreciate the little things that got you here today.

In this episode, Sarah speaks on overcoming indecisiveness, learning to move through and believe in possibilities. She talks about the importance of trusting ourselves and believing in the goodness that comes after a struggle.

Hi beautiful souls, in this episode I talk about sourcing love from within rather than waiting for someone to show you that love. I explore relationship with what matters and moving through change in the most difficult stages in life.
Feel free to leave a review, share it with a friend or family member, it means a lot we're expanding and growing this space ❤️
I hope this invites you to explore your relationship with yourself and the things you need to start changing in your life so you can have the life you want. Don't only do it only when you "feel" like it, encourage yourself to go deeper into yourself, your limitations and ask yourself why you keep postponing your life for later or when you feel ready. That time will never come, you have to create it now.
Share your experience with me in the comments or you can connect with me on Instagram sarah_alqhwaizi

I want you to take a moment and think about all the things you repeat to yourself like "you're not important", "you're not enough" and all the stories that people have said about you.
Are they really true? Or you know they're not true but you're afraid to challenge them? In this episode, I speak more about this and you can also check out my blog post to read more.

Hi friends, good to have you back with another episode of this week. How often are we critical? Judgemental and our worst enemies? We judge what we deny to understand and we judge because we sometimes compare our lives with another.
So grab your favorite snack, drink and listen in closely.
As always, you're not alone.
Much love,
Sarah

I pour my heart and soul into those episodes and I get so much energy to create and share tips and ways to improve your life.
Hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed putting it out there for you.
All my love,
Sarah
Hi beautiful souls! Thank you for coming back this week listening in, I appreciate you all.
In this episode, I share with you my journey towards a better self-esteem and I found peace within. Often when I thought of peace, I thought it was the physical environment, while that can be true but creating within peace reflects onto your outer environment and it affects every person, opportunity you come in contact with. When we create peace within, nothing external can shake that because you're so grounded in yourself. To feel safe with other people, we need to feel safety within, I invite you to create a space around you where you can be fully yourself and bathe in that energy.
Questions for you to reflect on 💛:
How can you from today live mindful, intentional, authentic and confident? What needs to change? What actions you need to take? What do you need to say to yourself in the mirror everyday?
Love & peace,
Sarah

In this season with so many changes happening, consider letting go of imperfection in your daily actions. Ask yourself that if you're not doing the very thing that you know you should even if it scares you, what opportunities you maybe missing out.
