It feels easier to share something like this once you've processed it all but I think there's also a lot of value in sharing something when it hasn't been made pretty or been processed through yet. So, here is a very raw episode where I share how I'm feeling and what is helping me get out of a flare of depression and anxiety. I also lead us through a meditation where we can pray and process how God looks at us in the midst of our depression and anxiety.
