You being here means a world to me..

Ghani Souleymane - I'm going to call him an Ultra-human as he is very popular in UAE for 30 consective days challenge. If I'm not mistaken Ghani started with 30 full marathons for 30 consecutive days, followed by 30 half iron-mans and now 30 full iron-mans in 30 consecutive days.
Inspiring isn't? Felt like digging deep to understand what is takes? Truly inspired by Ghani and I'm sure you would be too.
Enjoy our chat, and if I may ask you a favour, if you can follow, rate and subscribe jtalks - would mean a world to me.
Many thanks

I’m super excited to share one more interesting story today. Jimmy’s Guinness world record attempt, Saudi Arabia border to RAK UAE with a new FKT.
Initially when I saw one of the posts I thought one more mad cyclist doing an attempt - but later when I read the whole story, realised it is not about cycling however it is about humanity and building the future… Also if I may ask you one more thing there is a link to support Jimmy’s initiative,
https://www.yallagive.com/en/campaign/Guinness-World-Record-Attempt---In-Support-of-Childrens-Cancer-93949 Your contribution, whether big or small, holds the potential to make a significant impact. By joining hands we together can bring positive transformation and This cause will assist the life of a suffering child and family. Without further ado, allow me to welcome Jimmy to our show today. Many thanks for being here, your presence means a world to me. Stay blessed!
Hello Friends,
Had a great oppurtunity to chat with one of the experienced, seasoned ultra-cyclist and a niche ultra-cycling coach Niel-Copeland on his recent adventure Silk Road Mountain Race. Niel has been training for the last 5 years for this adventure and dissects all his training, part of his experience during the race and more importantly importance of eating and some valuable tips if you looking at exploring the world of ultra-cycling.
He is my coach and without him I would have not completed my ultra races Race Around Rwanda and Northcape 4000.
You can reach out to Niel Copeland through his instagram @nielcopeland.
This conversation not only inspired me however it gave me a whole new perspective about Ultra-cycling. I'm pretty sure you will be inspired too..
You being here means a world to me.
Stay tuned for more inspiring stories and Stay blessed.
Welcome to J-talks.
Firstly you being here means a world to me. Many thanks for being here.
As you know there are so many inspiring and interesting stories around us..
Nadine is one of the inspiring Ultra-Cyclists I came across recently.
Nadine discovered her love for long-distance cycling after she moved to the UK from Germany in 2015. Nadine signed up for the TCR in 2021, her first ever ultra-cycling event, she didn’t quite know exactly what she was getting into. Nadine feels she is lucky and it got postponed until 2022, which gave her enough time to prepare for the adventure of her life. Since then she can’t get enough of very long days on the bike with little sleep and lots of food and the rewards of the most beautiful nature our planet has to offer.
Interesting isn't - head on to the show to know more about Nadine's journey.
Many thanks
Jonny and I completed 6th edition of Northcape4000 in July 2023. Started on 23rd July 2023 from Turin, Italy until Nordkapp. Indeed it is one of the best experiences.
