Step Six, Review Your Goals Daily.

This is a very important aspect of achieving success and must become a routine. Review your lists of goals each morning when you wake up, visualize your completed goals and how your life looks and feels as a result. Each night before you go to bed, repeat the process. The more you do it, the better.

This is a great way to train your brain to expect your goals to materials.  As my friend, John Assaraf talks about the power of vision boards. I would highly recommend you create a vision board for yourself. And all the vision board boils down to is pictures or material objects or goals you want to achieve. Put them up on your wall and these are some things that you want to manifest into your life.


Take time at the end of each day to plan for tomorrow. You will begin taking more action towards living the life you love. 

Reviewing your goals daily in my opinion is the difference between having an okay life and a great life!


One simple tip that has helped me is to write down my daily goal on a 3x5 notecard and keep it in my pocket with my phone. That way whenever I reach for my phone I feel the card and remember my daily goal. Reviewing it multiple times a day helps make it become a routine in your brain.

Step Five, Make Your Goals Consistent With Your Values.

"The secret to getting ahead is getting started. The secret of getting started is breaking your complex overwhelming risks into small manageable tasks and then starting on the first one." 


Success is a science and there are simple steps to Just STRT living the life you love, because success leaves clues. 

First you must know what you would love.


Values are such a huge part of where I am now today. I get so passionate about them and love helping people determine what their actual values are vs their idealistic values. 


Most people don’t do what they value first and therefore find themselves stressed and out of alignment. Create your list of highest values and then create your goals around them. This will give you a sense of fulfillment and purpose consistently.


One of the things I teach my private clients is something called VGBS which stands for Value-Based-Goal-Setting. And it’s all about aligning your highest values with your goals because when your goals are congruent with your highest values, you stay in alignment with your highest self and your purpose.


Now, this part is absolutely crucial. Every goal must have two things. One, a detailed plan to achieve it and two, the right beliefs and mindset to keep you motivated and on track. You can kiss your goals goodbye without these two items. So what do you have to believe and what can you start to do immediately to move you towards your goals and dreams?

Step Four, Write Out Your Goals In Detail and Get Absolute Clarity.


Just the act of writing down your goals sets the process in motion. So be as specific as possible. Instead of writing, say, a new home as a goal, instead write down, “I would like a 10,000-square foot mansion on the beach with vaulted ceilings, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a pool, a Jacuzzi, overlooking the ocean, a private dock boat.” The more detail you can have, the better.


By being as accurate as possible, you invoke some of the natural laws of the universe in your favor as well as getting your brain to work for you in the most efficient way possible.


"If you do not provide the details, others will provide them for you. And is that the life that you would love to live?" 


Take some time to write out in detail why, how, and what it is you want and the universe will move out of the way, like water breaking around a rock, to align and bring you what is best. Write in as much detail as possible about your goals of what you want that are in alignment with your purpose. 


The clearer you life mission the more you will live and fulfill it. 


Whatever you do, do not settle. Settling is the most selfish thing that you could do in your life. Selfish for you and for those around you.

As a now cliché saying goes, “Shoot for the stars, if you miss you’ll still be on the moon.” So the secret is to get out of your comfort zone. Make your goals slightly unreasonable.


In other words, don’t allow your perceived limitations to get in the way or hold you back. Don’t allow your conditioning or the people you hang out with to stop you from going after what you really want in life.


When you raise your standards for what you will accept in life, you start to raise the bar on the goals you go after. Successful people have higher standards than unsuccessful people. It’s that simple.

  • Our financial freedom/independence;
  • Our family love and intimacy and continuance of procreation;
  • Our social influence and leadership

By pursuing goals in each area, you will create a more balanced life and integrated life as well, which is crucial to sustaining long-term health, wealth and fulfillment.


The first step in empowering each of these areas is education. Success leaves clues and those individuals, as well as those nations that have risen in power, need to follow these clues. Awakening to and owning these traits and, developing and furthering these traits, and awakening these traits in each of the seven areas of life can both empower individuals and nations.

Focus your energy on the areas you want to get better. 


Like spokes on a wheel put these seven areas along the outside and rank your own goals on them from 1-10 and see the shape of your wheel. In order to create a more integrated and balanced life you love let the numbers guide you on where to put more attention.

Step One, Why Must You Achieve Your Goal?

The only reason we do anything in life is to change how we feel. Think about it for a second. Why do you want to go on that fancy vacation that you’ve been saving for? Because it’s going to allow you to relax. And why do you want to relax? Because it’s going to make you feel a certain way. And this feeling is something that you’re after.

Otherwise you wouldn’t save up to go into vacation. So you’re not really saving up for the vacation. You’re saving up to get that feeling you so badly desire. And why do you want to make more money? Most people do because they say it will give them the freedom to do what they want, when they want and allow them to contribute more.

But how will that make you feel having freedom? It will probably make you feel pretty damn good knowing you can do what you want, when you want because you have the financial security to support yourself and those you care about.

Now, we can go on and on with different examples of this. But if the only reason we ever do anything is to change the way we feel then it’s no wonder why the most important aspect to achieving any goal is to gain absolute clarity on the emotional reasons why you must achieve your goals.


Tip: 

What are your 100 reasons that you must achieve your goal? 

Write them down, take some time to think about it, and get emotionally invested in your dreams!

Your future is what you make of it. Do not let anyone steal your dreams, you must protect them and fight for them. 

So that when you are alone, tired, beaten down, and feel like quitting you will get up reach into that bag of whys, the cookie jar and give yourself the motivation the inspiration and the drive to keep going.

With the lies, corruption, and false narrative on both sides, it is no wonder that we the people are divided. 


Now is the time to unite together rather than stand apart. It doesn't matter your political stance, what matters 

is our potential and purpose.

New year New You!


What is it? 

Better than a new years resolution that never gets accomplished

Better than a new day on the calendar

Better than a new you that regresses back to the previous habbits 

NYNY is an idea that shapes the direction that you want in your life. 

It helps develop you into the person that you want to become

by laying the foundation and changing the direction of your life. 


These are some of the thoughts that have helped me to let go of the past and push on to the future. 


Unlike a goal that is made Jan 1 and leaves you feeling broken, unfulfilled, and worthless on Jan 13 

NYNY is one simple word that you will take with you the whole year. This word will penetrate every area of your life this year.


For me this year my word is "Follow-through"


Last Year I chose "Intentional" and I was for the most part.

But 

I let a lot of things slip through the gaps. 

This year Follow-through is my word and my work that I am proud of. 


If you let your biggest struggles come to pass and work on them they have the potential to become your greatest strengths. 

For some people that is planning. I am one of those people who struggles with Planning and not getting distracted.


This year look at the positive potential and take action on it to get a different result!

Episode #7 - Ten Tips To Bulletproof Your Mind

1. Never be outworked. Always put in 110% of your effort and you won’t be outworked.  Be willing to give everything that you have while competing.


2. Don’t focus on your statistics. Sometimes an off-day can throw off your statistics. So just focus on making the next day a better day.


3. Remember that being the biggest or strongest doesn’t make you the best. The smarter, aggressive, more prepared person will be better – every time! 


4. Have a purpose in everything you do. This will help you not go on “auto-pilot”. Use your practices as a way to prepare you for competitions.



5. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Instead, compare yourself to yourself! Am I better than I was yesterday?  This way you can track your progress in a healthy way


6. Be thankful for the opportunity.  Competing is something you GET to do, not something you HAVE to do. 


7. Be aggressively patient. “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” So just remember big changes or a lot of progress takes time – Make a commitment with yourself to do whatever it takes as long as it takes.


8. Compete for yourself. Don’t live your life for your friends or your parents. Even though there may be pressure for you to be a dr lawyer engineer make sure that it is something that you want, because failure weighs ounces yet regret weighs tons. Compete because you love it.



9. Never Never Never give up - Winston Churchill. Even if you don’t win, make it really hard for the other people to win. Always put up the best fight you can.

10. Keep things in perspective. Faith, Family and Academics come before golf. At the end of the day, academics might send you to college if golf can’t. And your family is going to support you no matter what. So, remember what’s important.

Episode #6 - My Own Greatest Fears

Here I discus my greatest fears. 


This was a difficult episode for the fact that I get into what some of the hardest things for me to get through in my life. 

Fear is a tough thing, yet when you recognize it and speak to it it becomes smaller. For example if there is a pink elephant in the room and you pretend that it is not there... It is almost like you are walking on eggshells. You tiptoe around the issue and it begins to become a bigger issue. Rather once it is exposed and spoken to, the problem begins to shrink and you are able to move or remove the problem or giant pink elephant in the room. 


What are some of your greatest fears, are yours anything like mine?

What others will think of you 

The mistakes of your past 

Relationships

Success or Failure

Telling people your goals and dreams 

Being different or going outside the norm

Episode #5 - Fear What Is It Good For

Fear is your greatest guide. 


Fear is guiding you to become more centred, balanced and objective. 


Today, we will learn insights about fear that will help you understand why you have fear and the role that fear plays in helping you to empower your life.


What exactly is fear and how is it guiding you?


Fear is an assumption that you’re about to experience, through your senses or imagination, more loss than gain, more negatives than positives, more pain than pleasure, more disadvantages than advantages, and more risk than reward in the future. 


So, it’s an ASSUMPTION that you’re likely to have a negative experience.


Fear, also referred to as a phobia or nightmare, has philia or fantasy as its exact opposite, and these work together in the same way as magnets with their positive and negative poles.


Let me explain 


There are two sources of fear in a human experience – the fear of loss of that which you seek, and the fear of gain of that which you are trying to avoid. 



In a relationship, you might become infatuated with someone and fear the loss of them. You can’t separate the two – they are like two poles of a magnet. 

So, there’s no such thing as a phobia without a philia. They are inseparably entangled like two poles of a magnet or two quantum entangled particles.


Now imagine you draw a line right down the center where you embrace both the phobia and the philia, the positive and the negative.


In other words, you remain completely neutral and objective with a balanced state of mind. As you neutralize your emotions and go into this reasonable state, you are likely to get to a point where you don’t have a fear of loss or fear of gain.


Your intuition will always try to help you get to that balanced, objective state.


 If you’re infatuated and only conscious of upsides, it will try and make you aware of possible downsides. If you’re only conscious of the downsides, your intuition will try to get you to see the upsides and bring you back into balance.


So, we could say that fear is a valuable feedback mechanism to let you know that you have a polarized perspective. If you neutralize it, you could become even more of your most authentic or balanced self.

Have you given up on your personal development? 


There are so many "Gurus" out there that will tell you anything to get your money... They say that you need this course or buy my book. The reason I believe that listening to them can hurt you more than help you is because there is no one size fits all, or magic pill when it comes to personal development. 

It seems like now more than ever it is the new thing that everyone is talking about. 

SO what is it? According to the infamous Google, it is "Personal development covers activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations." 

Yah okay what does that actually mean.

I believe that if as a society we realized that personal development is more about becoming the best versions of ourselves we would have a totally different result and people would be more willing to see it for a way to better themselves and others. 

It can become the building blocks and the foundation for your life. Don't you want to get better every single year in your health, business, and relationships. 

I know that I do. I want that dash between the two dates on my grave stone to mean more than living one year over and over again. 

We only get one life, yet if we do it right one life is all we need.

Episode #3 - 5 Success Stoppers

What are the things in your life that have stopped you the most? 

Well after talking with hundreds of people I have found that the most common reasons that people do not succeed in achieving their goals are as follows :

1. Being too Cautious 

Not being as aggressive as you could be and letting things pass by. You must go after what it is you want. In life in business in sports you control your attitude actions and aggressiveness. 

2. Being better in practice than the real deal 

Not practicing like you play. Pressure of the real deal can be too much for some people. In order to achieve your success you must be willing to practice like you play and then hold yourself accountable to perform at that level. 

3. Being unconfident 

You must learn how to be confident. If you do not have any yourself, barrow it from someone else to become something else. Barrow the belief and confidence from others to get you to go where you want to go. 

4. Being Unprepared 

Tom Bilyeu from Impact Theory says that being the most prepared in the room is one of the best pieces of advice that he has ever been given. It shows through his interviews and how much he studies to become the best version of himself and deliver that expertise to the world. 

5. Being Doubtful 

Fear has killed more dreams than failure ever has. This quote is an example of what can happen when the seeds of doubt creep into our minds. If our minds are soil, and our thoughts are the seeds, we can either plant flowers or weeds. When you have doubt you will never be able to reach your full potential. 


You only get one life, but if you do it right, one life is all you need.

Episode #2 - Importance of Sleep

Sleep - Top 10 tips how to make you sleep better. 

You know that sleep is important, but why do we sleep, and how do we get better sleep? 

Before we get to the steps that you can use and implement in your life to sleep more, let me explain something first. 

Most healthy people need between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best. I’m a 8 hour kind of guy but it can be difficult to stay in a deep sleep long enough. 

For this reason I have put together these 10 tips that I have learned in order to dramatically improve your sleep.

*1. HYDRATION 

It is so important to get enough water each day! With our bodies being made up of 75-80% water it is paramount to your success that you drink more and get the circulation and oxidization in your body. 

2. Put the phone down an hour before bed

Let’s face it, it’s an addiction. I do my best to keep my phone in a separate room at night. Out of sight, out of mind. The constant notifications and worry of missing out on things sends adrenaline into our bodies which makes

3. Blue Blockers

Exposure to blue light makes the brain think it’s daytime, producing less melatonin. A few hours before bed I wear them to help the production of natural melatonin. 

4. CBD

If I’m still racing at 100 mph from the day or my body is hurting with stress, I take CBD. It calms me down and I sleep deeper.

*5. READ

Reading is a workout for the brain and can use up the last bit of energy which primes the body for deep sleep. 

*6. JOURNAL

Along with reading, journaling influences dreams and the subconscious mind and also gets the final thoughts of the day out. 

7. Sleep Stories

there are many apps and youtube is a great resource for some incredible sleep stories that put me in a deep sleep every time.

8. Keep Cool

Its no secret that when you are cool you sleep better. When your core temp is down your brain is able to relax and repair itself more efficiently.

9. Sleep Mask

Blocks out all light so that no matter what it can be night time. 

10. Ear Plugs

To ensure no distractions, blocking out all sound is a powerful way to ensure constant sleep all night.

Episode #1 - Importance of Evening Routines

Which is more important a morning or evening routine? 

The answer might surprise you, but the answer is the one you do. 

I am a night owl and I have established a routine that is simple and easy to do for 

anyone even if you don't have much time. 

I call it the 3x3! Simple I know, yet it has set me up for success in persuing my goals and 

turning them into reality. 


3 things I do: 

1. I set a timer for 30 min before I want to go to bed and that is my sacred time to unwind recap the day and prepare for tomorrow.

2. I set an alarm and an intention for when I want to get up and command my subconcious mind that I will get up when my alarm goes off without hitting the snooze button. 

3. I set my phone on airplane mode, this makes it so that no one alerts or distractions will come flying in and ruin my evening routine. 


3 things I write: 

Before telling you what I write down each day, let me say this, taking time to journal every day has single handedly helped me to achieve my goals than anything else. If you do not know where to start, or think it is boring, then do not worry you are not alone. 

When I first started I had no Idea what to do or say. So I have developed the rule of 3x3 where I write out three things for three topics and that is it. It becomes sustainable, which after all is what we are going for here right?
