As a Sales Professional in the technology sector and Management Consultant, Earl has over 25 years' experience of bringing digital and cultural transformation to multi-national companies. To achieve their high priority business outcomes, he has worked with all levels of C-suite and key stakeholders to understand the needs of his clients (and their clients) to deliver high-value results for scaling sustainable business.
As a Certified Trainer of NLP, Earl combines his keen interest in ancient wisdom from indigenous cultures and new technologies (NLP) to facilitate transformational experiences. Co-facilitating his first wellbeing retreat in 2002 and has been coaching and mentoring people ever since, focusing on development and resilience of individuals and teams.
