Sondra & Markus Ray discuss the benefits of having Gratitude at the end of your week, and giving some time for Reflection in which you are acknowledging the things that went right, instead of what went wrong. What praises can we sing to stay in the frequency of appreciation? Love is the way we walk in Gratitude.
The ability to choose what we want without external controls and influences is part of "free will." We also have free will to make mistakes and "cause ourselves to suffer." We can be conditioned by "low self-esteem" thoughts, and these rob us of our highest freedoms; but we do have the right to "think" these low thoughts. We have our own freedom to awaken ourselves and think higher thoughts.
We rule our minds. We can think the thoughts we choose. We have the right to think what we want, act as we want, and desire what we want. Are we conditioned along certain lines? FREE WILL in the highest regard would be making our WILL one with the Highest, most Joyous and Beautiful WILL. Could this be GOD'S WILL for us—Perfect Happiness?
We could define FREE WILL as the Highest WILL that would produce the most Perfection and Happiness in our Life. Can we achieve this in conjunction with the WILL of our SOURCE of Infinite Intelligence? My WILL and GOD's WILL are ONE. This is the highest expression of FREE WILL.

If you are doing what you love to do, there is naturally Joy in your work. Joy is necessary to find your sweet spot. Because you love doing it, you will get very good at it from practice. When you are good at what you do, people notice. They want what you have to offer. You can provide a service or a product that they want and need.
When all of these components to your work are in alignment, then you approach serving humanity with something valuable and uplifting. This puts you in the Sweet Spot that can help you sustain the work, as a form of Worship. You benefit, and all those you touch with your work benefit as well. Everyone wins.
Sondra & Markus discuss the theme of "WORK IS WORSHIP." When we enjoy the productive work we are doing, something that "meets a need" for others, it becomes a "Service to Humanity." We must love what we do to be productive. Works is an action of Giving.
In the frequency of "Giving," we are most in the sacred vibration of the Divine Laws. The Law of God is to give. God only Gives. Life pours forth all the resources we need and use every second. We have to be productive in our Life, and when we are truly productive, serving humanity, we enter a state of perfect happiness.
Work is a beautiful thing when we give our work the utmost attention and care. We get satisfaction from Work as Worship. There is a Joy in being in the flow of our work treated in a sacred manner. Worship implies we embrace the sacredness of every action. When we embrace this sacredness, our Work becomes Worship. AMEN.

Sondra and Markus discuss what it means to "Trust in our process." We need faith in the midst of not having "all the answers," and trust in Higher Forces to help us proceed forward to manifest our desires & goals. We have to move forward without fear, and transmute the "energy of fear" into the confidence we need. When we are willing to say "no" to fear, wonderful things can happen.
Markus tells the story of Eleanor Roosevelt's contribution to the newly formed United Nations that was coming together in a devastated Europe after WWII. She witnessed the human suffering and wanted to do something about it. her "trust in her own process" led her to write the Declaration of International Human Rights" that became the standard in the countries of the UN for the humane treatment of people, especially those in need. Her legacy was to serve the people and help governments in the United Nations to work together to solve basic humanitarian problems around the world. She definitely trusted her process.

Receiving "Help from Above" is not hard when we see that the conscious mind that we use everyday in our response to life does not always have the "answers." But there is an important part of our Mind that is connected to Infinite Intelligence that can give us Answers we need. Call it our Higher Self, our Divine Connection to the Life Force, or simply the "better angels of our nature." We have access to this Help from Above.
Also, there are Spiritual Masters who can help us. For us, we invoke the Dream Team—Babaji, the Divine Mother, and Jesus of A Course in Miracles—to help us in our main decisions in life. They always come through in times of need to provide the directions that lead us out of the "labyrinth of confusion" that our egos throw at us.
Help from Above is available to us when we ask for it, but it is we who must ask. It will seldom be given without our initiation of it. But we "think we can do it all ourselves" and this insistence keeps us from asking. There is a part of us, a higher part, that has a different and more helpful perspective. It is awaiting our asking. In this Podcast, Sondra Ray & Markus Ray discuss the importance of Surrender: Dropping Your Position to resolve and end conflict in your relationship. "The need to be right" makes for all kinds of anger and conflict in relationships. Can you give up the need to be "right?" What if the mere fact that you are experiencing conflict is an indication that you are "wrong?" Would you be willing to make deep inner corrections on yourself, then?
Many couples fight because they cannot surrender this "need to be right." Dropping their position feels too much like a "defeat" than a way to resolve conflict. So they keep the "fight" going. "I am right, and obviously my partner is wrong." This standoff can go on for years. Ignoring it does not make the conflict go away either; it simply suppresses it to a deeper place of denial. DROPPING YOUR POSITION (your "need to be right") is the beginning of all real resolutions. The Higher Life Forces can give you answers that work, when both partners are willing to let go, surrender, and "drop their position."
How do we make contact with the Holy Spirit and use it as our "Guidance System" in our life? Sondra Ray and Markus Ray discuss this essential action in our alignment with a Higher Purpose in which we are receiving the Certainty of the Holy Spirit to lead us along to realize our Greatest Potentials.

What would a life without anger look like? This is our Friday Blessing this week, "Peace is our Default Mode." We can be free of all forms of anger. We are after an inner transformation to give up anger forever, and live in a state of peace all of the time. Anger does not give us anything of value. Conflict and Anger give us unhappiness. Life without anger is a lot more fun.
Anger is very destructive. But people can feel a "false power" from anger. People are addicted to anger, and under the false premise that anger gives us something valuable. Like control, domination, being "right," and other ego based "pay offs."
One is not "heard better" in a state of anger. We do not want to hear angry people. We are heard "less" when we are angry. Fear and anger go together. Underneath the anger is the fear underlying the anger. There are reasons for the anger that we are not seeing. "We are never upset for the reason we think." This is Lesson #5 in ACIM.
Anger is never justified when we are committed to Peace as our Power. We decide for harmony and a "conflict-free relationship." We have to drop our "need to be right" and start from a clean slate in which we can come to the "highest thought." We agree to restore harmony and peace with a thought and solution to which we both want and agree.
What is the "Cosmic Dating Service." There is a Force in the Universe that can give you exactly what you want. The Divine Mother can grant you anything, but only when you are not blocked, and have the capacity to receive.
The "Cosmic Dating Service" is for people who are not into going to bars to meet people, or online dating services. They would like the right partner to basically "show up on their doorstep," so to speak. There is a Perfect Partner for you. You just need to call in the "Cosmic Dating Service." And you have to have FAITH that it will happen. And if you are "blocked," you may need a Breathwork Session to clear it.
We too often "put up" with behaviors and tendencies in our relationship that do not serve our highest aspirations and good. We se they are often the causes for the "Settling for Less" syndrome. This podcast by Sondra & Markus look closely at these tendencies and how they can manifest in a relationship. Are you putting up with non-communication? Is your partner always angry and wanting to dominate? Do you hold yourself back so you do not "rock the boat?" Often we contemplate an intimate partnership with a person who is not necessarily our best friend. This friendship on a deep and intimate level is probably the most important ingredient is a lasting relationship. A friend can be your partner when you look beyond the mere physical attraction and see deeper into their soul. The soul connection is more than just a hot sexual attraction. Sex can be an important ingredient, but to sustain the relationship over a period of time, one needs a partner they simply like to be with. When two people can be in the same room feeling good about themselves and their partner, this friendship element can grow and strengthen. We would say, being you intimate partner's "best friend" is essential.
What is the purpose of having a Guru? What do we mean by a "guru?" Obviously, a Guru is a kind of "life teacher." But how is he or she distinguished from other types of teachers? A Guru does not necessarily teach us skills and add more to the "knowledge" we have already accumulated. A real "guru" takes away what we think we "know." The Guru questions what we "know." He removes the blocks in us to the deeper awareness of absolute states of our being—Love, Gratitude, Joy, Generosity, Abundance, and other lofty frequencies of our inner experience. In this Podcast Sondra and Markus talk about the importance of having a Guru. They discuss how their Gurus aided them in reaching higher states of consciousness that would not have been possible without the help of these Spiritual Masters.
Why would we want an Altar in every room? What is an Altar, and it's function, anyway? Our own Self-Identity is very Holy. It is as Holy as any entity or being in the Universe. An Altar is a place of remembrance of this Holiness. We forget this Holiness often in our routines of survival in this day-to-day world. There is a place where the Peace of God lives bright and clear, upon the pristine simplicity of an Altar, a simple reminder of the truth of Peace and Joy. These are cleansers of our fear, guilt, and anger that feed our problems. The illusions of pain and struggle are laid at the feet of our Spiritual Masters who are represented on our Altars. We use the Altar, then, in every room of our living space to aid us in our inner corrections.
We sometimes catch ourselves saying, "I do not have what I want." Our deepest desires may remain unfulfilled. But the first step in manifesting something is to know exactly what it is. We my not be getting what we want because we have not defined it adequately enough for the Universe to supply it for us. This Podcast is for clearing up that uncertainty. To receive what you want begins with knowing exactly what you want. Make a list of attributes and qualities of your particular desire. DO one at a time. Give attention to it. Then clear any "blocks to receiving" that bay be lurking in your mind about why you "may not deserve it." We recommend a Breathwork Session to clear these blocks to receiving. Then get ready to receive what you want, because now you know exactly what that is.
