In June of 2011, 20 year old Indiana University student Lauren Spierer mysteriously vanished. After a late night out partying with friends at the campus bar, Lauren was walking home around 4:30 am and was never seen again. The group of guys that she was with that night aren't talking much, and neither is her boyfriend. Was Lauren a victim of a random abduction like many other girls have been at IU? Or did something else happen that night?

New York City in the late 80s and 90s was full of drugs, sex and nightlife. The Club Kids were a group of eccentric partiers who started a cultural movement in New York nightlife and became national sensations, inspiring LGBTQ youth all around America to celebrate their differences. The leader of the Club Kids, Michael Alig, quickly became addicted to drugs and murdered one of his own members, Andre "Angel" Melendez.

Bryce Laspisa was a 19 year old college student who suddenly vanished on his way to his parents' house, never to be seen again. Although this case seems simple, there is a rollercoaster of mysteries hidden beneath the surface. Bryce is still missing to this day and investigators believe that he has either ran away or committed suicide. STRANGE DEATH: Elisa Lam

Elisa Lam was a 21 year old student that went missing while staying at the Cecil Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles, a hotel notorious for strange deaths, murders and suicides. A few weeks after she vanished, hotel guests started to complain about the water. A hotel maintenance worker went to investigate the water source, and discovered the decomposed body of Elisa Lam in the roof's main water tank. Her death was ruled an accident, but Lindsay and Lauren have some of their own theories that they discuss in this episode. Was Elisa a victim of a tragic accident, or was something more sinister going on?
