Alright legends, strap in. UFC 321 was an absolute circus. Three blokes missed weight before we even got started, and the refs actually grew a spine for once. Maksum grabs the fence, point gone, fair play. Next fight, Abdelwahab drops a cheeky elbow to the back of the head, bang, another point. Love to see it.
Wood vs. Delgado had a couple of nut shots, but Herzog handled it like a pro. Then we got Klein vs. Beck, a proper war until Klein’s ankle gave way and he couldn’t stand, brutal stuff. Ikram looked solid, Walker snagged another sub, and Salkilld flattened his opponent on short notice. Rakvic got sparked by a jab (yeah, that bad), and Dern’s your new champ, even if the commentary team were carrying pom-poms for her.
Umar looked sharp, Bautista didn’t lose any stock, and then there’s Tommy and Gane, eye pokes, chaos, and Dana’s face said it all.
We wrap it all up with some spicy MMA news:

Jon Jones trolling everyone with a new profile pic

Stick around for the banter, the breakdowns, and a few laughs at Conor’s expense.
Oi, what a week in MMA! In this episode, we take a proper look back at UFC Vancouver. Bruno Silva pulled off a slick sub, Aori Qileng landed a filthy KO, and Drew Dober delivered two straight shots to the plums, lost a point, then came back swinging like a lunatic to put Propelec to sleep. Classic Dober.
We also chat about Big Dan’s absolute blunder, stopping a fight with a full 3 seconds on the clock and the fight continuing.
Then we dive into UFC 321 for the preview. The Mutt Multi is back with picks from Matt, Brad, and Jack, and of course, a bit of head-to-head heat. Who’s nailing the tips, and who’s way off?

In this episode we unpack Crawford vs Canelo on Netflix.

🧨 Hot Takes & Unpopular Opinions
A bunch of journos reckon the UFC’s got a star power issue, I call bullshit. Just ’cause no one’s touching peak-Conor doesn’t mean the roster’s empty. You’ve got O’Malley, Khamzat, Ilia, Islam, JDM, DDP, Jones, all household names now, not just niche fight fans. The game’s changed. Stop comparing everyone to McGregor in 2016.

Big year ahead in 2026. Could be chaos.

Paul Craig got absolutely ironed out at the buzzer, brutal hellbow.
BSD made Ruffy look like he’d never seen a mat, got the tap and made it look easy.
Caio vs Imavov was a proper scrap, high level, but with a couple of cheeky eye pokes that stirred the pot.
Then we look ahead to UFC Noche, solid card, not a PPV, but there’s value if you know where to punt.
We drop a few Piestrong punts too, have a crack (or don’t, we’re not your financial advisor).

B-Team got the dub, but it wasn’t without drama
The money guys handed New Wave $1M, even though CJ didn’t want it, got overruled

If you had to fight a top-15 bloke in your weight class for 10k/10k, who are you picking?
Welterweight: Best division in the UFC right now?
Old school vs new gen, who you backing in a scrap?
Get it in your ears, no fluff, just fight talk and a few laughs along the way.
Oi legends, welcome back to the pod where we break down the chaos from the cage to the current headlines, through the eyes of 3 blokes who are over confident and under qualified.
This week we’re diving into the massive UFC shake-up.
Yep, Dana’s signed off on a $7.7 billion deal with CBS and Paramount.
Pay-per-views? Pretty much gone. Great news for the fans, (Except the Aussies) not so flash for the fighters.
We’ll unpack what it all means and whether Dana’s still got a wildcard PPV or two up his sleeve if a big name drops in his lap.
Also on the cards:
• Dricus du Plessis’ top moments and how he reckons he figured out Khamzat
• Mike Chandler still barking up the wrong tree with McGregor, even with that new training footage
• Rampage Jackson being Rampage — nothing’s changed and honestly, we’re here for it
• Khamzat’s angles and his custom shorts — bloke’s deep in his villain era
Plus we get into some spicy current events — no more Down syndrome cases? A wild claim, but it’s out there.
And that bombshell about the Obama admin allegedly creating a false narrative to boot Trump in 2016. Big stuff.
Then to wrap it all up:
• A few hot takes including why Tom Aspinall is the only thing keeping the heavyweight division alive right now
Whether you’re punching darts, cruising in the ute, or just killing time, chuck us on and let’s rip in.
Righto, in this week’s episode we’re unpacking the Taira vs Park and Hernandez vs Dolidze scraps — bit to chew on there. Judges were in rare form again, a couple of sketchy splits, and they completely tossed a 10 8 round in the Julius Walker fight. No idea what they were watching.
We’ve got a full UFC 319 preview, plus a few punts we’re having a look at if you’re keen to throw some coin.
New fights just dropped:
Ruffy vs BSD
Umar vs Bautista
Oliveira vs Fiziev (absolute banger)
Vera vs Zahabi
Ilia vs Gaethje getting lined up for December
Jimmy Crute signing the dotted line for Perth, Aussie boy’s back
MMA world’s off its head this week:
McGregor loses his appeal again
Khamzat wanted $700k from Adin Ross to stream with him, Islam did it for free 😂
Martin Buday cut from the UFC even though he was 7 and 1
Ribas copped it rough
DDP’s looking MASSIVE, could easily run at 205
Jake Paul’s taking swings at Piers Morgan now
Strickland’s still saying cooked stuff online, what’s new
Ngannou’s not on the PFL boss’s Christmas list
Rogan’s making more than some fighters just to chat
Mighty Mouse doing… well, whatever that was
And apparently Conor wants to be president but can’t even get 12k signatures
Wrapped it all up with a bit of CrossFit chat (Toomey is the GOAT) and Angel Reese flexing on social media like it’s her job — which, to be fair, it kinda is.
Give it a listen, throw us a follow, and as always, swing hard and keep your chin down.
Alright legends, in this week’s episode I run through all the wild moments from UFC Fight Night Whittaker vs de Ridder. Bit of a weird one to be honest, but plenty to talk about.
We had Buday pulling off a huge upset in the heavyweight division, and Steve breaking the record for most knockdowns in a single round six in the first while poor Yahya somehow stayed in there way too long. Ricci lands a beauty of a KO, Davey Grant turns things around after a rough first round, and Muslim Salikhov with a clean walk off knockout, always love those.
Shara walks through fire to get the win (fight of the night for mine), Petr Yan starts slow but finishes strong, and Bryce Mitchell edges out Nurmagomedov in a tight one. Also, Krylov gets knocked out again, ASU Almabaev looked solid, and Ochoa’s someone I’m keen to see more from. Oh, and Reiner de Ridder, that goofy bastard, somehow sneaks a split decision over Bobby Knuckles. Don’t ask me how.
Also covering:
A quick look at UFC Taira vs Park
Fight announcements like Pico vs Lerone Murphy as the 319 co-main and Ulberg vs Reyes headlining UFC Perth, banger
Bit of news around the traps:
The Flack Forge Inn burned down (with Conor chiming in of course)
Pavlovich dodges JJ’s handshake
Shavkat’s family involved in a car crash, awful stuff
T-Ferg’s maths still not mathing
Costa getting chirpy online
And chat around a social media ban for under 16s , thoughts?
Cheers for tuning in. As always, give it a listen, share it around, and I’ll catch ya next week.
