1: write 3 goals 2: ask yourself if they are ACTUALLY doable in a month 3. Is it something you ACTUALLY want? (What does life look like with it, without it now, and how do you feel, act, think, and look like with the goal present after a month?) 4. Have you tried this goal before? (If so, what stops you everytime? Environment or belief system? Reverse engineer 5. What did you feel mentally and physically, who did you surround yourself with, and what were your thoughts like during the start of the goal, during the time of stopping the goal, during the aftermath of not doing the goal anymore, and when rewriting the goal again to try to achieve after stopping? 6. Why do you want this goal, what do you need to obtain it, how will you achieve it (what first action needs to take place)? I hope you enjoy!
