There is a big difference between having time and having capacity. In this episode Jenna and Bethany discuss the difficulty of setting boundaries when having the time, but not having the capacity to take more on. They go in depth on strategies they use to know their own personal capacities and how to hold boundaries (cause let’s be honest the struggle is real).

Jenna and Bethany have well laid out their plans and intentions to take on 2025 on PURPOSE! In this final episode of their mini series they do a Q&A discussing everything from their relationship as children to unfulfilled career plans to how they handle imposter syndrome.
Now they will be taking a break and sitting away from the mic until April while Bethany takes some time off to welcome her second child into their family. The first episode back will be April 7th!
