In today’s episode of Talk to Her Nice, we’re diving into what it really means to “fall off” our routine — and why that phrase isn’t even the right way to think about it. 💭
Life happens. We move, we get busy, we shift priorities… and sometimes the habits that once kept us feeling grounded and good slip away. But that doesn’t mean we’ve failed. It just means it’s time to gently guide ourselves back to what makes us feel like us. 🌱
In this conversation, I share:
💡 Why “falling off” isn’t a failure — it’s just part of growth
💡 How to give yourself grace when routines change
💡 The importance of redefining success as your life evolves
💡 Small, sustainable steps to get back into habits that feel good
💡 Affirmations + a thought-provoking question to carry with you this week
If you’ve ever struggled with being consistent, felt guilty for not sticking to your habits, or just want encouragement for where you are right now — this episode is for you. 🤍
