Artist and internet sensation Sophie Tea has built a community of 2 million+ followers across TikTok and Instagram, fuelled by her art, events and uplifting Charity Shop Friday series where she paints thrifted finds, returns them to the shop, and sends crowds racing to adopt them.
In this heart to heart we talk about bodies, art as healing, and building a mission-led business without losing your soul. Expect candour, belly laughs, a rogue teenage tattoo story, and gentle breathwork to bookend the chat.
- Self image, personal journeys and why Sophie paints all kinds of boobs
- How one IG call brought 1,000+ nude photo references overnight
- The Nudie Show at the London Palladium - chaos, courage, community - and what’s next

If your body could speak today, what would it ask for?
Water, rest, or a little love... Breathe with us and enjoy the episode. 💞
Trigger warning : this episode includes discussion of FGM, medical procedures, war, miscarriage and menopause. Please listen with care, pause when you need, and use the resources below.
Welcome to The Body Talks with Chloé Dall’Olio.
Today I’m joined by the brilliant Hoda M Ali: safeguarding consultant, activist, former infectious diseases nurse, survivor and radiant truth teller.
We begin with a short guided body scan, then Hoda shares her story as the best storyteller: growing up in Somalia, surviving FGM as a child, years of hospital care across countries, nursing in the NHS, IVF and loss, menopause in her 30s, and what it means to love a changing body.
We talk language, dignity, body sovereignty, and why healthy, happy skin and self will always beat “perfect”.
Hoda’s message is simple and mighty: you are not alone, your body is your home, and you are allowed to take up space and ask for help.
Try the practice: we do a 3-breath body scan you can follow safely if you are not driving. It takes one minute and helps you arrive in your body.

In this episode of The Body Talks, I sit down with Katie Brindle – Chinese medicine practitioner, bestselling author, and founder of the Hayo’u Method.
Katie is a pioneering wellness expert with over two decades of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine. After a serious car accident ended her career as an opera singer, she turned to Chinese medicine for healing, a journey that completely reshaped her life. She has since dedicated more than 20 years to bringing the wisdom of Yang Sheng – the art of nourishing life – into the everyday, as well as creating a fully integrated and distilled system for what we often call “alternative medicine.”
Through her bestselling book Yang Sheng: The Art of Chinese Self-Healing, her Own Your Health podcast, her social media channels and her internationally recognised Hayo’u Method, Katie has helped people worldwide learn how to prevent illness, restore balance, and take ownership of their wellbeing with simple, tangible tools. Recognised by Forbes, Vogue, and Hello Magazine, Katie continues to champion the integration of self-healing and daily rituals into modern life.
In our conversation we talk about:
Why pain is the body’s way of talking, and how to catch the whispers before they turn into screams
The feminine lineage of healing and the importance of reclaiming it today
How art, ritual, and history inform Katie’s approach to health
Practical tools and rituals to move, purge, and nourish your body daily
The vision behind the Hayo’u Method and Katie’s mission to make self-healing accessible
Katie is not just a healer of bodies, but also of narratives: bridging ancient Eastern medicine, spirituality, and modern wellness in ways that are tangible, useful, and deeply inspiring.

What does it mean to show up in the world as yourself when the world isn’t always ready to see you? In this episode I sit down with the incredible Laura Mathias: campaigner, model, and ambassador for Changing Faces UK , who shares her story of living with alopecia, navigating confidence, dating, body image, and choosing when (and if) to wear a wig.
Laura opens up about losing her hair at 13, missing months of school, living 17 years in wigs, and how the pandemic shifted everything. We talk about self-confidence as a practice rather than a destination, the push and pull between comfort and visibility, and how campaigning for others has been a way of healing for herself.
✨ In this episode we cover:
- Growing up with alopecia and the impact on self-image
- The six months Laura couldn’t face school
- 17 years of wigs, and what changed in lockdown
- Finding community online and learning to see bald beauty
- Confidence, dating, and showing up in the workplace
- Laura’s TED Talk and why campaigning is also self-healing
- The importance of choosing comfort over social discomfort

In this powerful episode of The Body Talks, Chloé sits down with Victoria Jenkins: the founder of award-winning adaptive brand Unhidden, disability advocate, TEDx speaker, author, charity board director, and Co-Chair of the UK’s Lilac Review.
Together, they explore what it means to create radical change from a place of pain, purpose and persistence. From hospital bed revelations to dressing red carpets, Victoria shares the story behind building a fashion label that redefines inclusion. They talk about the realities of invisible disability, the need for accessible design, why rest is political, and what happens when you refuse to be hidden.
This episode was recorded several months before publishing – and in that time, Victoria has continued to break boundaries.
Since recording, she has:
- Launched a 49-piece adaptive collection with Primark, now stocked in 96 stores across 10 countries, making accessible fashion available at scale and at high street prices
- Co-chaired the UK’s Lilac Review, releasing a landmark report spotlighting disabled entrepreneurs and economic equity
- Spoken at major national events, including Naidex and UK Care Week, helping shape policy and industry approaches to inclusion
- Been named the UK’s 2nd most influential disabled person two years running by The Shaw Trust’s Disability Power 100 list

Episode 1: Trinny Woodall - On Energy, Evolution and the Wisdom of the Body
Welcome to the very first episode of The Body Talks.
I couldn’t think of a better way to begin than with Trinny Woodall, a woman who’s not only a household name but someone I had the joy of working with for over a decade.
Trinny is the founder and CEO of Trinny London, author of Fearless, and host of her own podcast. But beyond the accolades, she’s someone who has always embodied energy, transformation, and unapologetic presence.
In this conversation, we go deep, not into skincare or style tips, but into what fuels the woman behind the brand. We talk about energy, sugar and addiction, gut health, evolving through age, and what it means to live from the body rather than for the mirror.
It’s warm, personal, and full of wisdom, a reflection on change, creativity, and continuing to show up for yourself in every chapter of life.
This is a story about power, evolution, and the body.
Here’s Trinny.

Have you ever felt like your body was trying to tell you something, but you weren’t quite sure how to listen?
I’m Chloé Dall’Olio. I’m a creative, a facilitator, and someone who’s spent years learning how to feel at home in a body that doesn’t always behave the way I expect.
Welcome to The Body Talks, a podcast exploring the radical wisdom of our bodies.
In each episode, I sit down with artists, activists, founders and visionaries I’ve met along the way. Together, we explore how tuning into the body became a turning point, not just in their own healing, but in the work they now do to support and inspire others.
If you’ve ever felt disconnected, uncomfortable, or just curious about what your body might be trying to say, you’re not alone.
New episodes every Monday.
Come with me, let’s listen together.
Welcome to The Body Talks, a new podcast by me, Chloé Dall’Olio: artist, facilitator, and storyteller. I’m so, so grateful you’re here with me on this journey.
I’m someone who’s always had a complicated relationship with my body. From a young age, I was told to shrink, to change, to be something else. The body became something I thought I needed to fight or fix. But over time, through movement, dance, art, storytelling, and deep listening, I’ve come to see the body not as something to hate; but as the vessel of our soul, the keeper of our memories, our trauma, and our wisdom.
This podcast is born out of that journey. In The Body Talks, I invite you to join me in listening to the intelligence of the body, how it holds us, how it speaks to us, and how it can guide us to healing.
Each episode features conversations with incredible guests: artists, healers, activists, entrepreneurs, who have shaped not only my journey but also the journeys of countless others. People who have taken their own pain and turned it into power. People who know that the body is more than a shell, it’s a storyteller, a healer, and a teacher.
We’ll explore themes like embodiment, self-expression, radical honesty, beauty standards, and ancient and modern practices for reconnecting to ourselves. From Chinese medicine to fatphobia, from fashion and adornment to the metaphysics of pain; this is a place where we can unpack the deep truths that live in our bones.
In each conversation, I’ll start with a mini body scan, a few deep breaths, a moment to listen to what’s happening inside. It’s an invitation to slow down and truly tune in, to become part of this journey with me and our guests.
So, make yourself a cup of tea, or a cup of ceremonial cacao if you have it. Find a quiet corner, take a breath, and come join me. This is The Body Talks. It’s about the stories we carry in our bodies, the healing that’s possible when we listen, and the power of coming back to ourselves.
