He is also the official videographer and director for all NAYDA's music videos, as well as some of Mouard Oudia's music videos like : " bonswaynagi " ; he is a member of the Internet Kids group.

#17 Mestek Lamine

MESTEK Y.M Lamine is an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Relations and Head of the Departement of Political Science at DBKM University. He got a Ph.D. in political science and international relations at the University of Algiers 3 (ex: ITFC). His dissertation research was on "Security threats in the Sahel region and its relationship to the Algerian national security." 


MESTEK holds two masters degrees from two deferent Universities (Tizi-Ouzou and Blida), respectively, in Political Science and International Law. In 2017 he created a YouTube channel "Lamine MESTEK" dedicated to politics, economy, and international relations; one of the videos got over 68K. In 2015 He attended the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, New York USA (training focused on leadership, public speaking, debate, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution). As president founder of AIESEC Blida (International Association of Students in Economic and Commercial Science), he has organized and facilitated numerous national and international conferences (TEDxChréa, TEDxBatna, AMUN, MAHARAT'Y... etc.). In 2014, he was elected as the best facilitator by participants of Japan's Leadership Development Seminar (JaLDs) in Tokyo. In 2019 he created his podcast on personal development named L COACH accessible on all digital radio platforms (Spotify, Google podcast..Ect). During the COVID-19 pandemic, he creates the first Algerian political podcast named #Kesh_Politics? Accessible on (Spotify, Anchor). MESTEK believes that the force of change lies in education and action.

She earned a Master's degree in Biology specialized in Protection and Management of Marine Environment from the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene in Algeria, received a certification in Leadership and Conflict Management from George Mason University. Selma is an alumna of Community Solutions Program; during her fellowship, she served as a project coordinator for K.L.E.O Community Life Center; a non profit in Chicago working to help eradicate violence by providing a safe space for youth to express themselves through arts and find support through mentorship. She worked on different projects to empower youth and women, Selma is the cofounder of the Algerian Youth Voices ( AYV ) the First English Online Audio Broadcasting in Algeria, and the founder of Community Leadership Algeria (CLA). Selma has experience in training engaged youth leaders who are committed to social change by increasing their sense of agency and supporting their civic engagement, Selma is also the General Secretary for the Alumni Steering Committee in Algeria, beside her social volunteering work Selma is into science, she won the first prize for her scientific research in 2016 at the International Congress of Marine biology in Morocco. Selma is currently pursuing a career in Corporate & Investment Banking after serving as a project coordinator for the U.S Treasury & the Algerian Finance Ministry. Selma worked also as a Communication Manager for a startup in which she designed a communication strategy for the company. Selma worked as an English Instructor for four years. Through these experiences, she developed strong leadership, strategic planning, ethical leadership and conflict management skills. She is interested in youth & women empowerment and community development, she enjoys traveling and trying new things.

He also delivered Universal Design for Learning based training for Algerian youth in preparation to teach STEM activities at the Center or in multiple regions across Algeria.  Achraf took part in national and international Model United Nations experiences such as Algeria MUN, Rome International MUN and Vienna International MUN. He was also a team member in Aiesec in Babez and still active in many other local associations to volunteer in orphanages visit campaigns, hospitals and helping the homeless. Achraf speaks four languages and practiced various martial arts and got specialized in Nihon Tai Jitsu Jujitsu with a Black Belt.
