In this episode, Kez sits down with Gemma Linnell, Body Energetics Practitioner and Holistic Myotherapist, to explore the terrain of healing. The places where the body whispers long before the mind catches up. The places where trauma shapes pain, resilience, and the way we learn to reconnect with ourselves again.
Gemma shares her path from traditional Myotherapy into intuitive-led bodywork, and how she now weaves both science and energetics to empower her clients to reconnect with their bodies. This is a raw and honest episode where Gemma shares her journey of battling with chronic physical health conditions, how this reshaped her identity and direction, and the profound impact of the sudden loss of her mother. Through grief, Gemma’s heart cracked open, revealing the intersection between spirit and science, and a deeper understanding of the body as both messenger and guide.
Together, we explore the mind, body, and spirit connection, the body as the gateway to healing, and the intersection of spiritual awakening, grief, and identity. We speak about Gemma building a business in her early twenties, how her work has evolved over time, and the role alternative and holistic healing methods have played in her personal life and professional practice.
This episode is for anyone walking the non-linear road of healing, anyone holding pain in their body, and anyone wanting to understand the emotional and spiritual root system beneath physical discomfort.

In this episode, Kez sits down with Jessica Dimcevski, Founder and Creative Director of Blurr Bureau. A woman who has built a cross-jurisdictional Branding and Venture Studio from the ground up through vision, grit, and an unwavering devotion to crafting emotive, sexy and story-driven brands.
Jessica shares what it truly takes to build a business that moves fluidly across borders and markets: the early financial lessons that shaped her leadership, the necessity of stability when operating in multiple jurisdictions (and how the meaning of ‘financial stability’ evolves as the business does), and the inner evolution required to hold both creative intuition and structural responsibility at the same time.
Together, they explore the blur: the fertile, messy middle where identity, creativity, and direction are continually being reshaped. Jessica speaks candidly about navigating the in between space while laying the foundations of a global business, learning in real time, and allowing mistakes to become catalysts for maturity, clarity, and growth.
The conversation also honours the heart of her work: building emotive, human-centred brands; investing deeply in her client relationships; and recognising that leadership is an ever-unfolding journey shaped by curiosity, resilience, and the courage to continue expanding.
This episode is a reminder that powerful leaders aren’t shaped in the comfort zone, but forged in the raw, transformative space of the in between, where the real opportunity lies.

In this episode, Kez sits down with her partner, Chris Turvey, to explore the moments that shaped the person he is; the physical challenges of hip dysplasia, undergoing ten surgeries by the age of 22, the discipline of competitive sport (from tennis to golf to professional pickleball), and the inner resilience that’s been building through every chapter of his life.
Chris is an embodied reminder that real strength is born from vulnerability. He shares the pivotal fork in the road moments that redirected his path, including his bold move to New York and the unexpected birth of his seltzer brand, 5PM, during the pandemic. His journey reveals what is possible when you follow your intuition even when it defies logic, and the opportunities, expansion, and self-growth that live on the other side of saying yes to those inner pulls.
The second half of the conversation deepens into Chris’ experience of navigating grief, loss, caregiving, and the sudden moment his whole world turned upside down. He speaks to the emotional weight of supporting his dad and best friend, through cancer, the nonlinear complexity of grief, and the way this chapter clarified his values so profoundly that it ultimately led him to sell his seltzer brand and reassess the trajectory of his life.
Together we explore how Chris created space to feel, heal and let the waves of grief and heartbreak move through him, the spiritual perspective shifts that helped him understand that our souls are infinite and how we journeyed through time together as a couple.
This conversation is one about humanity; how we break, how we rebuild, and how grief reshapes our priorities, relationships, and sense of self. This episode is a testament to the person Chris is, the power of his resilience, intuition, presence, and what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to crack open and rebuild from the inside out.

In this powerful and deeply honest episode, Kez sits down with Stef Jung, Intuitive Eating Health Coach, who shares the unseen layers of her journey through anorexia, bulimia and binge eating, a path shaped by a nomadic childhood, and the disconnect she felt while living in the polished world of Dubai. What begins as a conversation about food becomes a much bigger story of identity, vulnerability, and coming home to the body.
Stef opens up about the moments that brought her to her knees, the rock bottoms that cracked her open, and the surprising places where support and love found her. Stef walks us through the turning points that led her toward healing: journaling as a lifeline, her relationship that mirrored all the places she was hiding, and the shift into Intuitive Eating Health Coaching, where she now guides others through their own reconnection with food, self-worth, and embodiment.
Together we explore the emotional roots beneath eating patterns, how mindset, intuitive eating, and nervous system attunement reshape our relationship with nourishment. This episode is an invitation into compassion, honesty, vulnerability and the radical power of recognising the moment you have had enough of your own suffering, and choosing to face the pain and make different, self-respecting decisions.

In this opening episode, Kez, former Corporate Lawyer turned Holistic Health, Life, Business and Intuitive Coach, shares the story behind The In Between and the personal transformation that inspired it.
What began as an inner whisper during a season of burnout became a deep journey of going inwards to connect with herself, her purpose, and truth. Kez reflects on what it was like to walk away from the security and structure of a traditional career to follow an intuitive calling into the unknown. She opens up about the fears, initiations, and profound growth that unfolded in that space between who she once was and who she was becoming.
Interviewed by her partner Chris, for an honest and heartfelt conversation, the two explore the power of slowing down, the importance of creating space for reflection, and how transformation rarely looks the way we expect. Together they unpack themes of authenticity, vulnerability, and the courage to follow what feels true, even when it makes no logical sense.
This episode sets the tone for what The In Between is all about: a space to explore the transitions, thresholds, and rebirths that shape us. A reminder that The In Between isn’t something to rush through, it’s where the real magic, clarity, and connection ripens to eventually emerge.
