Remember those who have touched your life. Acknowledge the people who have helped you along your path. Who has helped you in times of need. Who is there for you to share in your joys.
Find a time in your past that you are grateful for and let's bring it fully into our present experience :)
Remember not to take anything for granted. Let's appreciate it all :)
