In this episode, Bianca dives into one of her most personal barriers — the feeling that you have to fix yourself before you can be loved. Somewhere along the way, modern relationship advice started to sound like self-improvement homework: regulate this, communicate that, heal before you date.
But love was never meant to be so clinical.
Bianca unpacks the problem with the one-size-fits-all version of “healthy” communication we see online — a version often rooted in Western, individualistic ideals that don’t account for cultural differences. Because in many cultures, love is loud. It’s passionate. It’s messy — and that doesn’t make it toxic. This conversation is for anyone who’s ever questioned if they’re “too much,” “too emotional,” or “too damaged” to be loved. You’re not. You’re human. And your love language might just sound different.

When I went on retreat in Italy, I cried more than I thought I “should.” At first, I worried I was too much, too emotional. But surrounded by other women, we reminded each other of a truth we so often forget: crying is not weakness — it’s powerful, healing, and absolutely necessary.
In this episode of The Twenties Detox, I explore the spirituality of crying. From the way society conditions us to harden and hide our tears, to the way vulnerability can actually awaken something deeper within us. I share how tears can act as a spiritual release, unlocking stuck energy in our chakras and even sparking a kundalini awakening.
If you’ve ever felt ashamed for being “too sensitive,” or questioned whether your emotions were valid, this conversation is your reminder: your tears carry wisdom.
✨ Listen in to reconnect with the medicine of your own emotions, and the spiritual power hidden in every tear.

In the second episode of She Breaks Barriers , Season 4 of The Twenties Detox Podcast, Bianca dives into the messy, complicated relationship we have with our looks and the fear of aging. Why have we been taught to tie our worth to youth? How did society condition us to see aging as something to fight instead of something to embrace?
Through personal stories, honest reflections, and timeless wisdom from Japanese, Indigenous, Greek, and African proverbs, Bianca explores what it means to rewrite the narrative around beauty and age. If you’ve ever stared at a wrinkle in the mirror, wondered if Botox is inevitable, or felt like your “timeline” is closing in on you — this conversation is your reminder that aging is not a loss, it’s a privilege.

In this powerful and intimate episode, I sit down with my Auntie Carey to explore her transformative journey through meditation and healing. Carey shares how she discovered meditation during her divorce and how this practice, combined with therapy, helped her navigate grief, loss, and reclaim her power after an abusive marriage.
From primal screaming to finding "golden moments" throughout the day, Carey offers practical wisdom on releasing emotions and staying committed to yourself during difficult times. She discusses the dangers of social media during healing, explains why reprogramming takes time, and shares her current experience caring for a husband with dementia.
This conversation is filled with beautiful insights about focusing on light even in darkness, embracing change rather than resisting it, and practical techniques for letting thoughts go during meditation. Carey's journey reminds us that healing is possible, and that even through life's greatest challenges, we can find peace, purpose, and even joy.

Pour yourself a glass, because today, I’m joined by my best friend Ellen for a very real (and slightly tipsy) conversation about life’s biggest questions. We’re talking about the pressure of being the eldest sibling, the debate of having kids young vs. later, and whether homeownership is even in the cards for us (because, seriously, how are people affording houses?!).
We also unpack our attachment to childhood homes, the struggle of making (and keeping) friends as adults, and the unexpected ways we’re reconnecting with Eastern roots & medicine. Plus, we get deep about faith, the growing lack of empathy in the world, and why taking care of yourself is actually cool now.
Oh, and of course, we reflect on the fact that some of us were having existential crises at five years old. Because… why not?
✨ Grab a drink and join Ellen and me for this unfiltered, wine-fueled chat!

Do you struggle with waking up early? Working out? Cooking more meals at home? You’re not alone. The secret to sticking with these habits isn’t just motivation—it’s self-efficacy.
Self-efficacy is your belief in your ability to accomplish a task, and as a health coach in training, I’ve learned just how powerful it is in achieving a healthier, more disciplined lifestyle. In this episode, I’m sharing four simple yet effective strategies that health coaches use to help their clients build confidence and take action:
✨ Master small tasks and build from there✨ Find a relatable role model who’s doing what you want to do (without being too ahead of you)✨ Work with a coach or mentor to help you develop the right skills
✨ Improve your emotional state to stay motivated and resilient

Tomorrow is my birthday (!!), and I can't believe I’m saying this—but I’m actually excited to turn 26. My 25th year was heavy, introspective, and filled with lessons, but it also brought growth, wins, and new beginnings.
This past year, I:
✨ Bought myself a car
✨ Started freelancing
✨ Began planning my move-out journey
✨ Went back to school (for health coaching!)
But the biggest transformations weren’t just external—they were internal. In this episode, I’m reflecting on the lessons that shaped me, from navigating love and detachment as an empath to realizing that I’ll never feel fully ready for life’s milestones (and that’s okay). Plus, we’re talking about money, self-worth, and why your body is the only home you’ll ever truly have.
