Hey mama — if you’ve been waking up already tired, already stressed, or already behind… this episode is going to feel like a deep exhale.
Today we’re talking about the one thing that completely changed my days as a stay-at-home mom:
A simple, doable, grace-filled morning routine that supports your mind, your emotions, your faith, and your nervous system — even in a season of little sleep and little people always needing you.
Inside this episode, you’ll hear:
✨ Why the tone of your entire day is shaped in the first 10 minutes
✨ How motherhood forced me to become a morning person (in the best way)
✨ What happens spiritually, mentally, and physiologically when you ground yourself in the morning
✨ The science behind cortisol, your nervous system, and why calm mornings matter
✨ The exact routine I do every day — the full version and the 5-minute “I’m exhausted but trying” version
✨ How writing an identity statement, praying for covering, and reading one verse can completely shift your mood, patience, and presence
If you’ve been craving more peace, more purpose, more steadiness, and more connection with God — even in the middle of the chaos — this routine might be the reset you’ve been needing.
I made you something brand new that I’m obsessed with.
It helps you identify one habit or mindset that’s been keeping you stuck — and then walks you through personalized coaching to help you move forward with one simple, doable action step.

Do you ever catch yourself thinking, “I don’t even know who I am anymore”?
Maybe it’s the smaller stuff — you don’t feel as fun, spontaneous, or creative as you used to.
Or maybe it’s the deeper questions that sneak in when the house is finally quiet:
“Who am I outside of motherhood?”
“What am I passionate about now?”
“What are my goals or vision for my life?”
“Who did God actually create me to be?”
If you’ve felt lost in motherhood, disconnected from yourself, or like your identity has gone missing since having kids, this episode is for you.
In today’s conversation, we’re unpacking what’s really going on when you feel like you’ve lost yourself as a mom — and why it doesn’t mean you’re broken, behind, or failing.
Why so many moms quietly feel like they’ve “lost themselves” after kids
How motherhood shifts your world, routines, and roles — and what that does to your sense of identity
The difference between losing yourself and simply losing access to the parts of you that once felt alive
Why exhaustion, mental load, and constant overstimulation make it hard to feel like “you”
How God isn’t trying to take you back to your old self, but is actually shaping a deeper, stronger, more grounded version of you
A powerful mindset shift: replacing “I’ve lost myself” with “I’m becoming someone new”
Simple questions to help you reconnect with who you are in this season of motherhood
This is a gentle, honest episode — equal parts validation, truth, and hopeful next steps.
Sometime this week, grab a notebook and sit with these three questions:
What parts of me do I miss?
Be honest. Think about your passions, personality, rhythms, hobbies, or ways you used to show up that you genuinely loved.
Which of those parts do I actually want back in this season?
Not everything from a past chapter has to come with you. Circle the ones that still matter to who you’re becoming now.
Who do I sense I’m becoming?
Don’t overthink it. Write down words, phrases, or pieces of a picture: How do you want to feel? Live? Love? Show up in your life, marriage, motherhood, and calling?
Come back to these questions often — they’re a beautiful starting point for rediscovering your God-given identity in the middle of real life, not after everything is “fixed.”

You’re snappy, overstimulated, irritated by everything, feeling disconnected from God and yourself — and wondering, “Why am I like this right now?”
If you’re a Christian or stay-at-home mom who’s been struggling with your mindset, emotions, purpose, or faith… this episode will feel like exhaling.
Today, I’m sharing one simple daily prayer — literally one sentence — that shifted so much for me emotionally and spiritually. It helped calm my reactions, ease the mom rage, regulate my emotions, and reconnect my heart back to God in a season where I felt completely depleted.
Inside this episode, we dig into:
✨ A one-sentence prayer for overwhelmed moms
✨ How to invite the Holy Spirit into emotional regulation and mindset struggles
✨ What Scripture teaches about God covering you in your weakness
✨ Why this small prayer can shift your patience, your reactions, and your whole day
✨ How faith can practically support your mental and emotional health as a SAHM
You’ll walk away with something simple, doable, and deeply grounding — something you can start today, even if you feel spiritually disconnected or stuck in survival mode.
Because you don’t have to rely on willpower.
You don’t have to hold everything together.
You don’t have to fix yourself.
You get to be covered by the One who can.
Daily Prayer to Repeat:
Holy Spirit, cover me today. Cover where I can’t do it myself — mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually.

Motherhood is holy and sacred — but holy doesn’t mean easy. You can adore your kids and still feel stuck, disconnected from God, lost in your identity, or unsure how to come back home to yourself again.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing a raw, honest look at my own story — infertility, loss, postpartum struggles, mom rage, resentment, and the moments I wondered, “Am I even cut out for this?” — and the surprising way God used that exact season to heal me, reshape me, and pull me deeper into purpose.
If you’re a stay-at-home mom feeling emotionally drained, spiritually distant, or stuck in survival mode… this is for you.
Inside this episode we dive into: ✨ Why motherhood exposes the deeper wounds we never had time to face ✨ The lies the enemy whispers to discouraged moms — and the truth that breaks them ✨ How to stop believing you’re failing and start understanding you’re depleted ✨ Why your anger, overstimulation, and emotional overwhelm are signals, not shame ✨ Why you are exactly the mom God handpicked for your kids ✨ How God uses this messy middle of motherhood to resurrect your purpose ✨ A simple vision exercise to help you reconnect with the mom and woman you want to be
This is part story, part encouragement, part mindset + faith pep talk — and completely for the Christian mom who feels stuck but knows she’s made for more.
Whether you’re navigating emotional regulation, mom anger, anxiety, spiritual disconnection, identity loss, or the monotony of SAHM life… this episode will remind you of this truth:
Your purpose didn’t disappear when you became a mom — God is rebuilding it right here.
If nothing was holding you back…
• Who is the mom you want to become?
• Who is the woman you want to be?
• How would you feel each day?
• How would you show up with your kids?
• What rhythms would bring you life?
• What dreams or passions would you pursue?
• What help or support would you finally allow yourself to receive?
• What would “thriving” look like in your real, imperfect, beautiful life?
