Are abusive men born this way or are they made to become so they dish out the most gruesome of treatment to others.
As I venture out to start conversation around Men's Mental Health, I start with this all important question for in case of an abusive male, whose finger is being used, who loads the gun and whose shoulder is being used to fire the shots...
Are such men born that way or were they a products of lifelong conditioning.

This third and final part of Surah Qalam/Nun deals in how Allah repeatedly asks Kuffaar questions which within themselves are statements in relation to Allah's grandeur and omnipresent status. Allah wraps up this surah with mention of Prophet of the whale and how repentance can work wonders to attract Allah's forgiveness and rahma (blessings).
This part of Surah Qalam reflects upon Allah's story telling technique used to warn people of Makkah for their behavior towards Prophet Mohammad who like People of Garden transgressed and deemed themselves beyond reproach eventually to repent.
This second part of Surah Alaq is for when Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) started praying according to how Allah taught him which instigated Kuffar, especially Abu-Jahl and he became enemy number one for Muslims and Prophet Mohammad

Lessons from the lives of those went went astray (Lesson No. 4)
This episode covers first five ayaat of Surah Alaq (96) of Quran as part of my journey through understanding of word of Allah in context of events surrounding revelation.
This first of three parts of Surah Qalam is about how Allah is comforting Prophet Mohammad when people (Kuffaar) of Makkah have started calling him a madman in light of him spreading word of Allah and practices taught by Allah to people of Makkah. This also covers personality traits of individuals who will be at immense loss and in danger of being marked by Allah...
This is inspired from my humble understanding of influence and significance of these two words in the life of a muslim. What is perceive for these two words to mean and reflect towards a muslim's life. Furthermore, how these two words form the cornerstone of our life along with everything else that I can and should strive to do in my lifetime.
This was a webinar I did on June 01 2023 but never got around editing it. The topic is Dependency Management and how it impacts organizational culture where I share my personal experience working dependencies on team, program and enterprise level.
This episode encapsulates one key factor, (based on my experience in the field working as a scrum master, with scrum masters as an agile coach and RTE and even as product owner) paying attention to which can help a scrum master moving the needle from being a good to a great one at it.
What is this one critical success factor which does need help from so many other facets of a scrum master persona to succeed.
