I brought on my boyfriend for this episode we randomly recorded and it resulted in a conversation about being depressed, numbing out, changing relationship patterns, and a lot more. So many golden nuggets in this one and it was really fun! Enjoy :)
I was originally just recording this to vent and process things for myself, but I realized it could be helpful to hear what a "dark night of the soul" may be and sound like. I was really doubting myself, losing interest in my spirituality, and just going through it mentally. But recording this helped me talk myself through it! Hope it helps you in the same way :)
In this episode I take you through exactly what went through my mind when I was having a bad day, how I surrendered to it and how I gently brought myself back instead of continuing to beat myself up about it. I like when people tell me exactly how they got out of a tough situation because I want practical little steps! So I hope this helps you in that way :)
