Dann bist Du bei der Märchentante genau richtig! Jede Folge beginnt mit einer meditativen Abendroutine, die in eine Gute-Nacht-Geschichte übergeht. Die Entspannungssequenz enthält u. a. Einflüsse aus dem autogenen Training, der progressiven Muskelentspannung, der Hypnose, Yoga Nidra, aus Fantasie- & Trance-Reisen, Dankbarkeits- und Meditations-Praxis. Sie dient der achtsamen und freundlichen Verabschiedung des Tages und natürlich der tiefen Entspannung.
