Fat In Your Coffee
This one is pretty simple. If you want the caffeine in the coffee to last longer, add some fat to it. My preferred is butter, but you can go with cream or coconut oil too. Creamers aren't the best option. Some of them are actually fat free so not really going to help slow it down into the system either. The point is that you want to avoid a cortisol and adrenaline response as activated by the caffeine going into the bloodstream. Just mix in some good fat and enjoy!

Renting a car at 25

Wiat, renting a car is the last thing that can be done. Yes, that's right, you're considered an adult for 18 years, before you can rent a car. Okay, you can rent it earlier, they just charge you more. The big thing here is frontal lobe development. Impulse control, emotional regulation. Yeah, they are big and using electronic devices near your head all the time and in general can be a big deal and disrupt the frontal lobe. This isn't saying don't use electronic devices, it's just a warning for proper use. Good luck!

Paved Path Walking
This is something that I've thought about for a while and had the realization that it was something to talk about. Paved walking paths just don't make sense. They are something it does not seem that Mother Nature would approve of. Really the only thing that does make sense is grass, dirt or stones. It is better to connect with than blacktop or concrete. It is also just easier on the joints. Either way it is still better to get out and walk, but when you can make the decision or vote what you want in your community. Keep walking!

Well as it turns out I'm not sure how much if any of the standard medical model I'd follow. I was actually able to think very clearly about my decisions and surgery, chemo and radiation all pretty much seemed out the window. Of course it would be a very different situation if I was in this position, howeve as of right now I feel more comfortable getting my body as healthy as possible and then letting God do what God is going to do.

What I’d Do If I Ever Had Cancer
After having had a few friends be diagnosed with cancer recently and having conversations with them I wanted to put this out there. This is not meant to be a "hey, you have to do this," but more of here are things you can try. The first 4 things on the list are my non-negotiables. They are things that we all would benefit from. Most other things are great for health and what I like to do on a daily basis.

Ground to Mother Earth as much as possible
Get as much sunshine/natural sunlight as possible
Full body exposure, especially affected area
When indoors use full spectrum lighting and
Red Lights
Let's not forget the UVA/UVB as well
No non native EMF on my body. No wearables or phones.
Get outside
Consume lots of chaga and reishi mushrooms
Drink locally sources vortexed water. If can't get this then filter it like crazy to get the garbage out and add in salt.

Somebody is Always Watching with Nick Horowski
Sometimes you get great lessons right in your face. It is great to know that this works when your kids see the good stuff. Remember that they see everything. On a hike today with Cooper he wanted to get spring water. Then when there he started doing some rack stacking. Finally before we left he turned around, said thank you for the water and to Mother nature, put his hands together and bowed to the water. Of course this made me just about cry and also extremely proud. This also of course had me realize that any of the bad stuff is always being watched too. I encourage you whether you are parent, grandparent, kid or whatever your situation that somebody is always watching. Do you best in any way you can and when it is for the better, people will see and they will follow.
