I met Emma when my daughter started at the preschool she was working at during the autumn of 2020.
The kids all loved Emma's infectious personality.
But in the past couple of years Emma has changed her path and gone back to her passion - working with skin.
She says - From realising that self development has been a key part of my life for many years, to finally launching a business from early dreams that had been lost amongst the chaos of life. Back to the combined passion and knowledge of supporting others build confidence and love their own skin again!
Grab your notebook and pen as you listen to this, or take some mental notes if you're out and about. Emma shares the journey that she's been on over the years since leaving university and how her dream got derailed as life took over.

This summer I saw an advert to train to become a kids self-defence instructor. I didn't think twice about it, it was a full body yes!
Gulshen Bano, the founder of Strike Back - the largest women's self-defence organisation in the world, has tirelessly been working behind the scenes on creating the most wonderful and inclusive kids instructor course.
A course that works alongside the PHSE curriculum, that is fully adaptable for SEND children - with full guidance and support to make that happen, and that's safe to teach in schools.
Having had no previous experience on training in martial arts, self-defense or anything physical, this world was brand new to me but the why in my heart was so strong, I just couldn't ignore it.
This episode talks you through my experience and all the amazing women that I met. It's real, it's raw, it opened me right up and now I'm sharing that with you.
If you like this episode, please rate, subscribe and even share if you know of someone it could positively impact.
Thank you so much for listening.
My name is Bex, you can follow me on Instagram @IamBexHogan. I'm a certified Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. I help women to change their lives by building the clarity, courage and confidence to reconnect with their dreams and desires and make their move.
I've been on this journey for nearly 3 years at the time of launching this podcast and losing a friend to suicide was the wake up call that I needed to start creating more for me and my family, to start treating myself like I mattered and to follow my own dreams.
In this episode I'm sharing my story, the mission behind the podcast and what you can expect along the way.
I have also interviewed a whole range of other incredible women who have shared their stories with me, their challenges, struggles, wins, mindset hacks and so much value.
I wanted to create this space to help inspire and motivate you to start creating a happier more fulfilling life and to learn the skills and hacks to make that happen.
Alongside the interviews, I will also be sharing my own take aways, wins, reflections, tips etc from my own experience, my own learnings that I know will help you along the way.
So sit tight, grab a coffee or maybe a long walk and have a listen. I would highly encourage you to reflect on what you hear, what came up for you, how it made you feel and why and what you could do differently. The magic always happens in the reflections.
And if you like what you hear, I'd love for you to rate, review and subscribe - or share it with a friend.
Thank you so much for listening, I really hope you like it.
