Pamela Colman Smith – The Visionary Behind the Modern Tarot

Continuing our celebration of remarkable women in history, today we honor Pamela Colman Smith—the artist and mystic whose visionary illustrations brought the Rider-Waite Tarot to life. Though often overshadowed by her male contemporaries, Pamela’s work revolutionized Tarot, infusing each card with rich symbolism and intuitive depth. Her legacy lives on in every reading, every seeker’s journey, and every moment of insight drawn from her iconic deck.

Who Was Pamela Colman Smith?

Born in 1878 in England and raised partly in Jamaica, Pamela’s life was a tapestry of artistic inspiration and esoteric knowledge. She studied at the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, where she honed her skills as an illustrator and storyteller. But her true calling emerged when she became deeply involved in the occult world, joining the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn—a secret society devoted to mystical and magical studies.

It was through this connection that she met Arthur Edward Waite, who commissioned her to illustrate what would become the Rider-Waite Tarot Deck in 1909. With her deep understanding of symbolism, color, and archetypal storytelling, she created a deck that transformed Tarot into an accessible, intuitive tool for seekers of all backgrounds.

A Mystical Artist Ahead of Her Time

Pamela, known as "Pixie" to her friends, was a woman of boundless imagination and deep spiritual insight. She didn’t just illustrate Tarot—she wove stories within each card, making even the numbered Minor Arcana visually meaningful for the first time. Her use of vivid colors and evocative imagery set the standard for modern Tarot decks, making them easier to interpret and read intuitively.

Beyond Tarot, Pamela was also a playwright, poet, and publisher. She created her own magazine, The Green Sheaf, where she published her art, folklore, and mystical tales. Yet despite her immense contributions to both the art and spiritual communities, she struggled financially and remained largely unrecognized in her lifetime.

Why Pamela Colman Smith Still Matters

Though history often credited the Rider-Waite Tarot to Arthur Waite, Pamela’s art is what made the deck iconic. Her ability to channel esoteric wisdom into powerful imagery has shaped how millions of people connect with Tarot today.

Pamela also serves as a reminder of the countless women artists, mystics, and visionaries whose contributions have been overlooked. In recent years, Tarot lovers have worked to restore her legacy, ensuring she receives the recognition she deserves as the true artist of the world’s most famous deck.

Honoring Pamela Today

Want to bring Pamela Colman Smith’s magic into your life? Try one of these: Study her art—look closely at her Tarot illustrations and notice the hidden details. Read Tarot intuitively—trust the imagery and let it speak to your subconscious. Learn about her life—rediscover her contributions beyond Tarot, from folk stories to stage design.

Pamela Colman Smith was a woman ahead of her time—a visionary whose art continues to open doors to intuition, mystery, and self-discovery. The next time you pull a Tarot card, take a moment to honor the woman who made the magic visible.

Florence Scovel Shinn: The Woman Who Taught Us To Manifest

Continuing our celebration of remarkable women in history, today we honor Florence Scovel Shinn—a metaphysical teacher, artist, and author whose work laid the foundation for modern manifestation techniques. Long before "law of attraction" became a buzzword, Florence was teaching people how to align their thoughts, words, and beliefs to create the life they desired.

Who Was Florence Scovel Shinn?

Born in 1871 in Camden, New Jersey, Florence started her career as an illustrator before stepping into her true calling as a spiritual teacher and writer. She was a pioneer in New Thought philosophy, blending Biblical wisdom with the power of affirmations and visualization. In 1925, she self-published her groundbreaking book, The Game of Life and How to Play It, which remains a staple for anyone on a manifesting journey.

The Power of Words and Thought

Florence believed that our words hold creative power, shaping our reality in ways we may not even realize. She taught that by aligning our speech with our desires, we can shift our circumstances and call in abundance, love, health, and success. Many of her affirmations—such as "I now release the past and move forward into the divine plan of my life"—are still widely used today.

Manifestation and Spiritual Law

Unlike many teachers of her time, Florence didn’t just focus on positive thinking; she emphasized the importance of divine timing, faith, and letting go of resistance. She described life as a game played according to spiritual laws, and those who mastered these laws could create lives filled with ease, prosperity, and joy. Her teachings on synchronicity, intuition, and trusting the Universe continue to inspire modern-day spiritual seekers.

Why Florence Still Matters

Florence’s work paved the way for today’s manifestation movement, influencing countless spiritual teachers, authors, and coaches, like me! Her message—that we are powerful co-creators of our reality—is just as relevant now as it was a century ago. She reminds us that faith and fearless belief are the keys to unlocking infinite possibilities.

Honoring Florence Scovel Shinn Today

Want to bring Florence’s wisdom into your own life? Try one of these to honor her today: Speak your desires into existence—affirm out loud what you wish to manifest. Marie Laveau – The Voodoo Queen of New Orleans

Continuing our celebration of extraordinary women in history, today we honor Marie Laveau—the legendary 19th-century Voodoo Queen of New Orleans. A spiritual leader, herbalist, and powerful healer, Marie Laveau’s influence extended beyond magic—she was a force of justice, wisdom, and compassion. To this day, her legacy continues to inspire those drawn to mysticism, folk healing, and ancestral power.

Who Was Marie Laveau?

Born in 1801 in New Orleans, Marie Laveau was a free woman of color in a time when racial and social divides were deeply entrenched. Though much of her early life remains a mystery, she trained as a hairdresser, giving her access to the homes and secrets of New Orleans’ wealthiest and most powerful. But her true calling was something far greater—she became a renowned Voodoo priestess, healer, and spiritual guide, serving both the elite and the poor with equal dedication.

A Spiritual Leader and Folk Healer

Marie Laveau’s work blended Catholicism, African spiritual traditions, and Indigenous practices, creating a unique and powerful form of Voodoo that provided protection, healing, and justice for those in need. She was known to perform elaborate ceremonies in Congo Square, where drumming, chanting, and dance called forth divine energy.

She was also a highly skilled herbalist and practitioner of gris-gris—a form of folk magic using charms, potions, and prayers to manifest desires, from love and prosperity to justice and protection. Her remedies, infused with both medicinal and spiritual potency, helped heal the sick and bring peace to troubled souls.

The Queen of Influence

Marie Laveau wasn’t just a spiritual figure—she was a powerful and respected leader. People from all walks of life, including politicians and law enforcement, sought her guidance. She was known to intercede on behalf of prisoners, helping many avoid wrongful execution.

Her ability to command respect in a deeply divided society was nothing short of remarkable. Though often depicted as a woman of mystery, her true magic was her compassion, wisdom, and ability to empower her community.

A Legacy That Endures

Marie Laveau’s name has become legendary, inspiring countless books, movies, and even TV series. But her real-life impact was far more profound than any fictional portrayal. Even after her passing in 1881, her tomb in St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 remains one of the most visited spiritual sites in New Orleans. Visitors still leave offerings, hoping to receive her blessings.

Honoring Marie Laveau Today

Marie Laveau’s wisdom and magic still resonate with us today. Want to connect with her energy? Try one of these:

Set an intention—write a prayer or affirmation and place it under a candle for guidance. Work with herbs—explore the power of plants like basil (for protection) or bay leaves (for manifestation). Immerse yourself in Voodoo culture—listen to traditional Louisiana Voodoo rhythms or do a YouTube search

Marie Laveau was a woman of power, faith, and resilience. Her legacy is a reminder that true magic comes not just from rituals, but from love, service, and the courage to stand in our truth.

Grace (White) Sherwood – The Witch of Pungo

Today's featured woman in history holds a special connection to my colleague, Jackie Carpenter—an artist and practicing Green Witch who proudly continues the legacy of her ancestral line. Grace Sherwood, known as "The Witch of Pungo," is Jackie's 11th-generation great-grandmother. Accused of witchcraft in early 1700s Virginia, Grace faced suspicion, persecution, and even a trial by water—yet she never confessed to a crime she didn’t commit. Her story is a powerful reminder of resilience, truth, and the dangers of mass hysteria.

Who Was Grace Sherwood?

Grace White Sherwood, born around 1660 in the British colony of Virginia, was a skilled midwife, herbalist, and farmer who lived in what is now Virginia Beach. She had a deep understanding of plants and natural healing, often assisting her neighbors with remedies and midwifery. Working her land in Pungo, she defied societal expectations—not only through her knowledge and independence but also by wearing trousers while farming, a bold choice in a time when women were expected to be submissive and quiet. But in an era when strong, capable women were often feared, Grace’s gifts made her a target.

Over the years, neighbors accused her of witchcraft, ruining crops, and even shape-shifting into a cat. After multiple accusations, the case against her escalated, and in 1706, she was put through a trial by water—a brutal test where she was thrown into the river to see if she would float (a supposed sign of guilt). Grace survived the ordeal, but instead of being freed, she was imprisoned for several years.

A Woman Who Wouldn’t Break

Despite her unjust trial and time in jail, Grace never admitted to being a witch. She refused to give in to fear or to the expectations of her accusers. When she was finally released, she returned to her land and lived peacefully into her 80s, proving that even in the face of injustice, she wouldn’t be broken.

The Legacy of the Witch of Pungo

For centuries, Grace Sherwood’s name was tarnished, but in 2006—300 years after her trial—Virginia’s Governor officially pardoned her, acknowledging the wrongs committed against her. Today, she is remembered as a symbol of strength, perseverance, and the fight against injustice.

Honoring Grace Sherwood Today

Grace’s story still speaks to us in the modern era. Want to honor her resilience? Try one of these:

Connect with nature—spend time in a garden or work with herbs like rosemary and sage. Learn about women accused of witchcraft—explore the stories of those who stood against injustice. Embrace your strength—stand firm in your truth, even when others misunderstand you.

Tituba – The Enslaved Healer Who Sparked the Salem Witch Trials

Our celebration of extraordinary women continues with Tituba, a name forever linked to the infamous Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Often misunderstood and misrepresented, Tituba was more than just an accused “witch”—she was a woman of deep spiritual knowledge, a practitioner of folk magic, and a survivor of enslavement whose story still resonates today.

Who Was Tituba?

Tituba’s early life is a mystery, but historians believe she was born in Barbados and brought to the Massachusetts Bay Colony as an enslaved woman in the household of Reverend Samuel Parris. She carried with her the spiritual traditions of her homeland, blending African, Indigenous, and Caribbean folk practices, which likely included herbal healing, divination, and storytelling.

The Salem Witch Trials & Tituba’s Role

In 1692, when young girls in Salem began exhibiting strange behavior, Tituba was accused of bewitching them. Under intense pressure and possible coercion, she confessed to practicing magic, spinning elaborate tales of animal familiars, spirits, and the Devil. Her testimony set off a chain reaction—leading to one of the darkest chapters in colonial American history.

But was Tituba really a “witch”? Or was she a woman trying to survive in a world where her voice held no power? Some scholars believe her confession was a strategy to protect herself from further punishment, while others see it as a reflection of the folk magic she may have actually practiced.

A Woman of Magic & Mystery

What’s clear is that Tituba was deeply connected to the spiritual and unseen realms. Folk magic and divination were common among enslaved and oppressed people, offering both healing and a sense of agency in an unjust world. Whether through herbs, charms, or scrying, Tituba likely practiced traditions that had been passed down for generations—ones that colonists did not understand and quickly labeled as “witchcraft.”

Why Tituba Still Matters

Tituba’s story is a reminder of resilience, cultural survival, and the power of spiritual practices that transcend oppression. Though history tried to paint her as a villain or a sorceress, modern scholars recognize her as a healer, an intuitive, and a woman forced into impossible circumstances.

Honoring Tituba Today

Want to bring a little Tituba magic into your life? Try one of these:

Learn about folk magic—study the healing traditions of different cultures. Explore divination—Tarot, scrying, or intuitive reading can connect us to ancient wisdom. Read her story—historical fiction and academic research are bringing Tituba’s voice back to life.

Hildegard of Bingen – The Mystic Who Sang with the Divine

Continuing our celebration of incredible, witchy women in history, today we honor Hildegard of Bingen—a 12th-century abbess, healer, composer, and visionary whose mystical insights still inspire seekers today. She wasn’t just ahead of her time; she was in a league of her own, blending spirituality, music, herbal medicine, and divine revelations into a life of wisdom and service.

Who Was Hildegard of Bingen?

Born in 1098 in what is now Germany, Hildegard was a woman who refused to be confined by the expectations of her era. From an early age, she experienced powerful visions of light and wisdom—messages she believed came directly from the Divine. Though she lived in a time when women had little authority, her intellect and spiritual gifts couldn’t be ignored. She eventually became the abbess of a Benedictine monastery, where she led with both strength and grace.

A Healer and Herbalist

Hildegard believed that nature held the key to healing, and she wrote extensively about the medicinal properties of plants, gemstones, and even the elements. Her book Physica is one of the earliest known holistic healing guides, blending herbal remedies with a deep understanding of the body, mind, and spirit. She saw health as a balance between the physical and the sacred—an idea that resonates deeply with energy healers and holistic practitioners today.

The Music of the Spheres

As if being a visionary and healer weren’t enough, Hildegard was also a gifted composer. Her music, known as sacred chants or plainsong, is ethereal, hypnotic, and infused with divine inspiration. Even today, her compositions are performed worldwide, carrying a sense of deep peace and spiritual connection. If you’ve never listened to her work, look up Ordo Virtutum—it’s like a mystical soundtrack to enlightenment.

Why Hildegard Still Matters

Hildegard wasn’t afraid to own her gifts and share them, even when the world told her to stay silent. She wrote about feminine divinity, cosmic balance, and the interconnectedness of all things—concepts that feel just as relevant now as they did 900 years ago. She reminds us to trust our inner wisdom, embrace creativity, and honor the healing power of nature.

Hypatia of Alexandria – The Rebel Mystic Who Defied Time

In honor of Women's History Month, I'm celebrating the healers, mystics, and visionaries who shaped the world in their own magical ways. And I can’t think of a better woman to kick off this series than Hypatia of Alexandria—a brilliant philosopher, mathematician, and astronomer who lived in 4th-century Egypt. She was basically the original wise woman, blending science, spirituality, and deep intuition long before we had words for it.

Who Was Hypatia?

Hypatia wasn’t just a scholar—she was the scholar. She ran the famous Neoplatonist school in Alexandria, teaching philosophy, astronomy, and mathematics to anyone who wanted to learn. And that was a big deal because, at the time, women weren’t exactly encouraged to be intellectual leaders. But Hypatia didn’t care. She followed her calling, shared her wisdom, and taught with confidence.

A Mystic of Mind and Cosmos

Hypatia saw the universe as something deeply interconnected—math, stars, human existence, all part of a bigger picture. She wasn’t just crunching numbers; she was unlocking cosmic secrets. Her work laid the foundation for what we now call astronomy and physics, but she also had this intuitive sense of the unseen, as if she was decoding the sacred patterns of the universe.

Why Hypatia Still Matters

Aside from being absolutely brilliant, Hypatia was fearless. She spoke her truth, shared her knowledge, and refused to dim her light—even when it made people uncomfortable. Sadly, that fearlessness led to her tragic death in 415 CE when a political mob saw her intellect as a threat. But here’s the thing: they didn’t silence her. Her name, her influence, and her magic live on.

Honoring Hypatia Today

If Hypatia’s story inspires you (and how could it not?), here are a few ways to honor her legacy today:

* Diving into a new subject that intrigues you—wisdom is power!

* Stargazing and reflecting on the cosmos, just as she did.

* Embracing both logic and intuition, knowing that true knowledge blends both.

Hypatia’s legacy reminds us that seeking truth is a radical act of magic. Here’s to carrying her wisdom forward. For a cinematic take on her life, check out the film Agora (2009), starring Rachel Weisz, which beautifully brings Hypatia’s story to the screen.

How to Channel Messages from Your Spirit Guides and Ancestors

Have you ever felt a comforting presence in an empty room or heard a whisper of guidance when you needed it most? These moments may be your spirit guides or loved ones who have passed, reaching out to support you. In today’s Psychic Game, we’ll explore how to channel messages from these unseen helpers. It’s simpler than you might think and can bring clarity, comfort, and connection to your life.

What Does It Mean to Channel?

Channeling is the act of opening yourself up to receive information from the spiritual realm. It’s like tuning your inner radio to the right frequency. Spirit guides often come through as wise mentors, offering insights and encouragement, while loved ones may bring messages of love, reassurance, or even a little humor.

How to Prepare Yourself for Channeling

Before you dive in, it’s important to set the stage. Think of it like inviting a guest into your home—you want the space to feel welcoming and clear.

* Create a Quiet SpaceFind a spot where you won’t be interrupted. Light a candle or some incense, and keep the lighting soft.

* Ground YourselfTake a few deep breaths and visualize roots growing from your feet into the earth. This keeps you balanced while connecting to higher energies.

* Set an IntentionBe clear about why you’re channeling. For example, say:“I invite only the highest and most loving energies to communicate with me.”

Techniques for Channeling Messages

* Automatic WritingGrab a notebook and a pen. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and ask your guides or loved ones to share what you need to know. Then, start writing whatever comes to mind—don’t censor yourself. You might be surprised at the clarity that emerges.

* Meditative ListeningSit quietly and focus on your breath. Ask a question mentally, such as: “What do I need to know about...?” Wait and listen for impressions, words, or images. Sometimes, the answers will feel like your own thoughts, but trust the process—intuition often feels subtle. Write your impressions in a journal.

* Use a Psychic ToolsUsing Tarot cards is by far my favorite way to connect with anybody's energy - near or far, living or not. Pull a Tarot card while asking your guides for insight or signs from a loved one—it’s amazing how spot-on the messages can be! The Tarot speaks straight to your intuition. You can also use a pendulum or your favorite Oracle deck.

* Speak Out LoudTry asking questions out loud, then pause and “feel” for the answer. It might come as a thought, an image, or even a physical sensation. I recommend writing those feelings and thoughts down to capture them before they're gone... kind of like a dream.

How to Know If It’s Real

Many people wonder if they’re just imagining things. Here’s the deal: authentic messages often feel uplifting, insightful, and sometimes even unexpected. They’re not about fear or negativity; they’re about growth and love. It's okay if you don't know specifically who you're connecting with as long it's a positive experience.

I often call my guides "you guys" and I don't get caught up in identifying them. Instead, I'm grateful for their presence and guidance. Same with relatives. Sometimes I can't tell who it is right away, but I keep going and tell them "I'm not sure who you are yet, but I can feel your love and warmth. Show me something that is unique to you." If not right away, I'll get a message or insight as to who reached out and I'll thank them.

I always recommend journaling your impressions after each session to create a pers...

How To Embrace Unity & Peace With the Crown Chakra

Today, as we wrap up our “Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times” series, we journey to the Crown Chakra. This seventh chakra, located at the top of your head, represents our connection to universal consciousness and the experience of unity. In these turbulent times, especially with the unexpected twists of the recent presidential election, we’re all feeling the weight of the unknown and the anxiety that accompanies it. That’s why today’s focus on the Crown Chakra feels so important. This is the chakra that reminds us of our connection to a larger, divine order and can guide us to a place of inner peace and acceptance, even when the world feels unpredictable.

Understanding the Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is often described as a portal to enlightenment, moving us beyond the limits of ego, time, and space. When balanced, it connects us to an experience of cosmic oneness—a realization that everything and everyone is interconnected on a fundamental level. We experience life beyond the limits of our physical senses and intellect. Instead, we feel a deep, heart-centered awareness and inspiration, a sense of being guided by something greater than ourselves. When this chakra is open and activated, you may feel profound clarity, calm, and joy, as well as an intuitive understanding that there’s a higher purpose to the events unfolding in our lives.

Right now, in times of heightened uncertainty, tuning into this chakra is especially powerful. The Crown Chakra allows you to sense that, even if the world around you is chaotic, there’s a greater, divine wisdom at work. It can help alleviate the anxiety and fear that naturally arise with an unclear future by connecting you to the trust that you are a part of a larger plan and that things will unfold as they should.

“At the deepest level, we are all the same, and when we come to this realization, we can begin to open ourselves to the love and compassion that unite us all.”
dalai lama

Experiencing Unity and Letting Go of Ego

At the level of the Crown Chakra, you begin to release the boundaries of the ego and tap into the understanding that we are all threads in a vast, interconnected web. This chakra offers you glimpses of a “universal identity”—a self that isn’t confined to individual roles or experiences but is part of the greater flow of life. Through this sense of unity, you’re able to let go of the constant need for control or for clear answers, recognizing instead the beauty of surrendering to what is.

I see humanity as a vast ocean, with each individual as a single droplet within it. We are all made of the same essence—each of us a unique expression of divine intelligence or God.

As humans, we have long sought ways to experience this transcendent oneness. Whether through meditation, prayer, music, or even moments in nature, we find ways to lift the veil of everyday concerns and experience this divine connection. And while we all strive to hold onto this feeling, remember that this experience ebbs and flows. The journey of the Crown Chakra isn’t about permanently escaping reality but about bringing this sense of divine alignment into our lives whenever possible.

Navigating Fear and Uncertainty with the Crown Chakra

Anxiety and fear are natural responses when life feels unpredictable, like during this divided election season and shifting global events. Your crown chakra helps by encouraging you to see beyond your immediate concerns, opening you to a wider perspective and reminding you that there’s an underlying order to existence, even if you can’t always see it.

When you find yourself gripped by anxiety or doubt,

How To See Through Illusions with Your Third Eye Chakra

"Wait, what?"

Welcome to Day 6 of our chakra healing series, where today, we'll journey into the Third Eye Chakra—your seat of intuition, inner vision, and higher insight. In times like these, with unexpected challenges and shifting world events, feeling grounded in your own wisdom and perspective can be more crucial than ever. Amid uncertainty, when the future feels clouded and outcomes are surprising, connecting to this powerful chakra can bring a deep sense of clarity and trust in your path forward.

Understanding the Third Eye Chakra

Located in the center of the brow, the Third Eye Chakra is linked with the color indigo, associated with the suit of swords in Tarot, and the pineal gland—a small, pea-shaped gland in the brain thought to play a role in regulating your biological clock, sleep-wake cycles, and even spiritual awareness. The pineal gland is sometimes called the “seat of the soul” and has been connected to your psychic senses: clairvoyance (clear seeing), claircognizance (clear knowing), and even telepathy.

“Intuition is really a sudden immersion of the soul into the universal current of life.”
paulo coelho

The Third Eye Chakra governs “inner seeing,” allowing you to visualize, imagine, and understand beyond the limits of the physical senses. By tuning into this chakra, you access higher wisdom and intuition, providing you with guidance that transcends what can be perceived with your physical eyes. It offers clarity, helping you navigate life from a place of greater insight rather than reacting with fear or anxiety to the unknown.

Seeing Beyond Appearances

The gift of the third eye chakra is the ability to see truth beyond illusion. This chakra allows you to read energy and understand the deeper meanings behind people, places, and events. Words and appearances can be misleading, but the energy sensed through the Third Eye is direct and clear. This chakra helps you to discern between what is real and what is illusion, empowering you to look beyond superficial judgments or fears.

When your Third Eye Chakra is in balance, you see the world with clarity and perspective, remaining calm even in uncertain situations. You step into the role of an observer, gathering wisdom and insight instead of becoming emotionally overwhelmed. With a strong Third Eye, you become more open to understanding situations as they truly are, appreciating the nuances and depth in yourselves and others.

Imagination and Manifestation

Your Third Eye is also a powerful center for imagination, creativity, and manifestation. Everything you create in life begins as a vision in the mind’s eye, making this chakra the gateway to turning dreams into reality. When you activate third eye energy, you fuel your capacity to envision and bring your desires into focus. By connecting to this center, you tap into your own potential as creator, imagining new possibilities and paths for your future.

"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration."
nikola tesla

Visualization exercises are a wonderful way to stimulate this chakra. By picturing your goals and dreams, you build mental pathways that make these visions more accessible and achievable. This practice also helps calm your mind and alleviate anxiety about the unknown, focusing your energy on what you wish to bring to life instead.

I like to say that worrying is using your imagination in reverse: it’s just as powerful, but it channels your focus in an unhelpful direction.

How to Open Your Throat Chakra For Self Expression & Inner Peace

Welcome to Day 5 of our Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times healing series, where today we’re focusing on the Throat Chakra—the energy center that governs our ability to communicate truth, authenticity, and creativity. This is the fifth chakra and the first of the higher, more spiritual chakras. It’s located in the neck, ears and shoulders, and its beautiful blue energy reflects clarity, honesty, and self-expression. It's associated with the element of air and the suit of swords in Tarot.

In today’s climate of division, conflicting opinions, and widespread misinformation, it's natural to feel anxious about speaking up, especially when surrounded by confusion and resistance. With an unpredictable future and the surprising outcomes of recent events, many of us feel challenged to find our voices amid fear and uncertainty. That’s why now, more than ever, it’s important to keep our throat chakras balanced and open, enabling us to communicate in a way that aligns with both our inner truth and the compassion the world so deeply needs.

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”
ralph waldo emerson

Understanding the Throat Chakra

The throat chakra is the gateway to all forms of personal expression, empowering us to share our unique perspectives and communicate with clarity, purpose, and confidence. When this chakra is balanced, it fuels creativity in every medium—whether through words, music, art, or writing—encouraging us to express our originality and speak our truth with grace and authenticity.

The health of our throat chakra is intimately tied to the solar plexus chakra, which fuels our sense of personal identity. When you feel confident in who you are, the throat chakra naturally supports your expression. If, however, the solar plexus is unbalanced—leaving you feeling uncertain, insecure, or even doubtful—it can show up as a blocked or suppressed throat chakra. Conversely, if our solar plexus is overactive and ego-driven, our words may come out loud, aggressive, or judgmental.

This is why in times of anxiety, it’s common to find ourselves either holding back from speaking our truth or feeling the impulse to defend it forcefully. The goal is to maintain balance, allowing our voice to flow in harmony with our deepest values and intentions.

Signs of an Unbalanced Throat Chakra

When your throat chakra is blocked, you might feel self-doubt or anxiety about expressing yourself, worry about being judged, or fear saying what you truly believe. It may also show up physically through throat discomfort, neck tension, or even chronic issues like coughs or frequent throat clearing. Some may experience the opposite: an overactive throat chakra can lead to constant talking or a need to dominate conversations, often because we’re unknowingly trying to mask insecurity.

If you find yourself hesitant to speak, ask yourself what’s holding you back. Is it a fear of rejection or misunderstanding? Does expressing your thoughts make you feel vulnerable? Being honest with ourselves about these fears is the first step toward clearing the blocks in this chakra.

"Explain it to me like I’m a four-year-old."
joe miller, "philadelphia" 1993

Heart-Centered Communication: Speaking with Compassion and Clarity

A balanced throat chakra doesn’t just allow you to speak your truth—it enables you to speak it with compassion and openness, making others feel heard, respected, and understood. When you’re rooted in your truth, your words carry a sense of calm conviction that invites others to listen rather than react.

How To Keep an Open Heart Chakra When Feeling Fearful

Welcome back to Day 4 of our Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times healing series. Today’s focus is the heart chakra, a powerful source of compassion, courage, and resilience. The heart chakra helps us to anchor ourselves in love and empathy, which can feel especially challenging in times of fear and uncertainty. If you’ve been experiencing feelings of anxiety, betrayal, or even disillusionment, know that this is natural. With the heart chakra as our guide, we’ll explore how to stay centered and aligned—even when it feels like the world around us has shifted in unexpected and painful ways.

What is the Heart Chakra?

The heart chakra, or Anahata, is located at the center of your chest and is the fourth of the seven primary chakras. In Sanskrit, Anahata means “unhurt” or “unstruck,” symbolizing the strength and resilience of this energy center. This chakra radiates love, compassion, and empathy, all represented by its color, green, and associated element, water. I refer to it as the bridge between our lower and upper chakras. The heart chakra connects our humanity and divinity, guiding us to embrace both the light and shadows within ourselves and the world.

In uncertain times, the heart chakra becomes our anchor, allowing us to tap into a deeper sense of kindness, healing, and connection. Yet, when confronted with fear or a feeling of betrayal, it’s easy for this center to become imbalanced, leading to an emotional shutdown or a reluctance to connect. For those of us who feel deeply, witnessing people we once trusted or communities we once cherished choosing paths of division or hate can feel like a heavy blow to the heart. We might find ourselves grappling with difficult questions: How do we keep our hearts open in a world that feels so uncertain? How do we remain loving when others seem to choose fear or hate?

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that."
Martin luther king, jr.

A Balanced Heart in Times of Fear and Anxiety

When the heart chakra is in balance, we feel a steady flow of love and kindness moving through us. In this balanced state, we’re able to be both open and discerning, nurturing ourselves while sharing compassion with others. But during times of turmoil, our heart chakra can close off, leading to feelings of grief, apathy, or even numbness. You may feel distrustful of others or find it hard to forgive. Anxiety and fear may bubble up, especially when the future feels uncertain or when we see others acting from a place of fear or division.

In times like these, it’s essential to reconnect with the heart chakra. One of the most powerful things we can do is remind ourselves that love is a resilient force. Choosing to keep our hearts open is a courageous act, one that doesn’t mean passively accepting harmful behavior but rather standing firm in compassion and clarity. This openness doesn’t require perfection, just a commitment to respond with kindness, even when we feel hurt or fearful.

Navigating Betrayal with the Heart Chakra

Feeling betrayed by the choices of others can make it tempting to close our hearts and put up walls of self-protection. However, closing off the heart chakra may lead to bitterness or a sense of separation. Instead, we can choose to process feelings of betrayal and grief in a way that keeps the heart healthy. One way to do this is by letting go of the need to control others’ actions and focusing on the values that keep us aligned with love. In doing so, we create space to forgive, set boundaries, and protect our own energy without allowing resentment to take root.

If you’re struggling with trust or feeling disconne...

How To Stay Strong in Your Solar Plexus Chakra Especially Now

Welcome to Day 3 of the Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times Healing Series

As we continue this series, I want to take a moment to check in. The post-election period can bring mixed emotions, whether it’s relief, worry, or simply fatigue. Remember, whatever you're feeling is okay; it’s all part of the process. Today’s focus is on the Solar Plexus Chakra, our center of personal power and self-confidence. This chakra can offer grounding, inner strength, and resilience, helping you stand firm in who you are and what you believe, even amidst and in spite of, uncertainty. Let’s explore how to align with this energy, empowering ourselves from within and reconnecting to our quiet inner strength.

What is the Solar Plexus Chakra?

The Solar Plexus Chakra, located between the navel and the solar plexus, is the center of personal power, choice, and identity. It’s where we connect to our will, confidence, and sense of self. While the Sacral Chakra brings us joy and creativity, the Solar Plexus is all about defining who we are and empowering us to make aligned choices. Think of it as your inner compass, steering you forward with a quiet yet resilient strength. This energy center helps you stand firm in transitions, making it especially helpful during challenging situations and with challenging people.

The Energy of Personal Power

This chakra governs our ability to make conscious choices and take action. When it’s balanced, the Solar Plexus Chakra fuels confidence and self-trust, allowing us to navigate life with clarity and direction. We don’t react to life; we consciously respond. This chakra represents the “I am” in each of us, giving us a stable foundation from which to interact with the world thoughtfully, assertively, and responsibly.

In today’s world, where challenges and uncertainties may spark anxiety, tuning into the Solar Plexus can help us reclaim our power and act from a place of calm self-assurance.

Signs of Solar Plexus Imbalance

Overactive Solar Plexus:If your Solar Plexus energy is excessive, it may manifest as arrogance, emotional outbursts, and high stress levels. People with an overactive Solar Plexus might feel self-important, react defensively, and struggle to listen to others. This can lead to poor boundaries, taking things personally, and becoming overly controlling in an attempt to manage inner anxiety. Self-righteousness, narcissism, and emotional outbursts are common side effects of an overactive Solar Plexus chakra, often creating a tendency to dominate or push others away. Dictators have extremely overactive solar plexus chakras.

"I was not born to be forced. I will breathe after my own fashion. Let us see who is the strongest."
henry david thoreau

Underactive Solar Plexus:On the other hand, a blocked Solar Plexus can lead to passivity, fear, and a tendency to let life “happen” without engagement. If this chakra is underactive, you may struggle to assert yourself, feel trapped, or overly reliant on others for validation. An underactive Solar Plexus often results in giving away personal power and feeling directionless or uncertain. People with underactive solar plexus chakras are easily manipulated, bought, gullible, and lack self-reliance. They make excellent cult members.

When the Solar Plexus Chakra is Balanced

A balanced Solar Plexus Chakra manifests as quiet inner strength and self-confidence. With this alignment, you stand firm in your values, speak up with kindness, and embrace healthy risks. You’re open to diverse perspectives while staying true to yourself, navigating life’s uncertainties with flexibility, optimism, and courage.

How To Allow Pleasure & Joy Into Your Life Post-Election

In this second episode of our Chakra Healing Series, we explore the Sacral Chakra, a powerful center of creativity, pleasure, and adaptability—qualities that are especially vital in times of collective stress and uncertainty. Located in the pelvic area, the sacral chakra connects us to the richness of life’s experiences and is the source of our passion and resilience. While the root chakra grounds us with stability, the sacral chakra invites us to connect with joy, beauty, and creativity, helping us find balance amidst challenges like post-election anxiety.

The Essence of the Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana, which translates to "sweetness", is our pleasure center and the gateway to life’s sensory beauty. This chakra allows us to experience feelings of joy, connection, and creativity. It’s through this energy center that we engage fully with our world—through sights, sounds, tastes, touch, and emotions. By nurturing our sacral chakra, we’re reminded that life includes moments of sweetness and beauty, even when the external world feels turbulent.  It is associated with the color orange and corresponds to the suit of Cups in the Tarot.

"Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better."
albert eistein

Challenges to the Sacral Chakra

Today’s world often discourages passion and sensitivity, encouraging us to suppress our emotions rather than embrace them. We are taught to second-guess our natural impulses and even feel guilt for taking pleasure in the simple joys of life. These societal pressures can result in a disconnected sacral chakra, where we may feel numb or lack inspiration.

When the sacral chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we might experience feelings of inadequacy, emotional unfulfillment, or low motivation. On the other hand, an overactive sacral chakra can lead to addictive behaviors and overindulgence as a means of coping. A balanced sacral chakra allows us to stay grounded in our passions and creativity, empowering us to respond to challenges with adaptability and resilience.

Reconnecting with Your Sacral Energy

Restoring balance to the sacral chakra starts with becoming aware of your relationship with pleasure, creativity, and connection. Consider whether you feel open to life’s sensory experiences, like savoring food, music, and the beauty of nature. Here are ways to nurture this energy center:

* Embrace Movement: Dance, yoga, and even mindful stretching help release blocked energy in the hips and pelvis.

* Find Beauty in Your Surroundings: Take in the sights, sounds, and colors of nature, or bring more orange—the sacral chakra’s color—into your space.

* Explore Your Senses: Savor a favorite meal, try a new scent, or listen to inspiring music. Giving attention to the senses can reawaken our creative flow.

Essential Oils for the Sacral Chakra

Using essential oils can gently open the sacral chakra. Scents like patchouli, jasmine, and wild orange stimulate sensuality, creativity, and inner calm. Diffuse them at home, allowing the fragrances to support your journey to self-connection.

Sacral Chakra Affirmations

Affirmations are simple yet powerful tools to activate the sacral chakra. Practice these regularly:

* “I am open to life’s beauty and sweetness.”

* “I allow myself to experience pleasure and creativity.”

* “I am adaptable and resilient in times of change.”

How To Heal Anxiety Around Your Root Chakra

Welcome to my special post and podcast series, Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times. I’m so glad you’re here. Right now, many of us are feeling heightened waves of anxiety and uncertainty, especially in light of recent events. In this seven-part series, we’re diving into each of the chakras, exploring tools and insights that can help us ground ourselves, stay centered, and find peace in the midst of change.

I know firsthand how overwhelming these times can feel. If you’re experiencing anxiety, stress, or simply a sense of being off-center, know that you’re not alone. In each episode, I’ll share simple, yet powerful practices to help you reconnect with yourself, calm your mind, and navigate this intense season with more balance and resilience.

So, settle in, take a deep breath, and let’s get started on this journey together.

Today's topic: How To Heal Anxiety Around Your Root Chakra

This is the chakra that governs our sense of safety, security, and connection to the earth. It's the place where we can find stability and grounding, even in times of chaos. So if you’re feeling unsettled right now, this episode is for you. Together, we’ll explore how to bring balance to the Root Chakra and reclaim your sense of peace during these uncertain times.

What is the Root Chakra?

The Root Chakra, or Muladhara, is the first chakra in our energy system. Located at the base of your spine, it’s the very foundation of your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. It connects you to the earth beneath you and establishes your sense of safety in this world.

The name Muladhara comes from two Sanskrit words: Mula, meaning "root," and Adhara, meaning "support" or "base." Essentially, this chakra serves as your support system, foundation, and anchor. It is associated with the color red and corresponds to the suit of Pentacles in the Tarot.

When the Root Chakra is in balance, you feel grounded, secure, and confident that your basic needs will be met. But when it's out of balance—especially with the anxieties many of us are feeling right now—those feelings of fear, insecurity, and instability can rise to the surface.

The Survival Center

The Root Chakra is our survival center. It is where our fight-or-flight response originates, and it governs our most primal instincts—like ensuring our physical safety and financial well-being. This chakra holds the energy of our ancestors’ struggles and triumphs. It carries memories of hardship, war, famine, and the basic fight to survive.

As we move through life, we often carry the imprints of these ancestral experiences, whether we are consciously aware of them or not. These memories and patterns can affect how we respond to current stressors, including the political climate. But here’s the good news: We don’t have to be held hostage by the past. We can consciously choose to heal and transform these old patterns.

Signs of Imbalance in the Root Chakra

When the Root Chakra is imbalanced, it can show up in several ways, especially when we’re dealing with high stress or anxiety. You might notice feelings of fear, insecurity, or anxiety taking over. You might feel disconnected from your body, or even from the world around you. On a physical level, imbalances might manifest as lower back pain, constipation, or issues with your legs and feet.

With the current political climate, these symptoms may intensify, as we feel unsure about the future and our place in it. But by focusing on balancing this foundational chakra, we can begin to create the stability and peace we need to navigate these times.

Popular Myths and Misconceptions Surrounding Tarot

Tarot is often shrouded in mystery, leaving many with a mix of curiosity and misunderstanding about what it truly represents. Even in today’s world, remnants of outdated beliefs continue to paint Tarot as "dangerous" or "evil." Let’s debunk some of these myths, highlight how they’ve persisted, and embrace a modern understanding of Tarot as a powerful tool for growth, clarity, and connection.

Myth #1: Tarot is Linked to "Witchcraft" and "Dark Magic"

One of the oldest misconceptions is that Tarot is inherently tied to witchcraft or dark magic. This view goes back centuries to a time when anything “unknown” or “spiritual” was feared. Tarot became tangled in this, especially during the age of witch hunts and burnings, where people—often women—were persecuted for their beliefs or practices. That old prejudice fostered lasting fear and ignorance, creating a strong bias against anything linked to “the unseen.”

But this is the 21st century. Time to break free from those outdated narratives! Tarot isn’t about controlling people or summoning powers. Instead, it’s a reflective practice that helps you access your inner wisdom. It’s time we celebrate our power, not fear it or give it away.

Myth #2: Tarot is a "Dangerous" Tool for Manipulation

Another misconception is that Tarot is meant to manipulate or trick people. Some people view readers with suspicion, believing Tarot readers “tell people what they want to hear.” However, in reality, a well-conducted Tarot reading is more about guidance and self-awareness than any external control or manipulation. It’s about presenting options, sparking reflection, and empowering individuals to find their own path.

In my own experience, this bias has hit close to home. Some family members have distanced themselves from me because of my work with Tarot. Additionally, I’ve even been let go from contracts because of outdated fears surrounding the cards. But I’ve come to see this as a reflection of their own fears, not the truth of Tarot itself. As a result, I live by the Dr. Suess adage, "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind."

Myth #3: Tarot Is Used for Fortune-Telling

One of the most pervasive myths about Tarot is that it’s used to predict the future with certainty. While Tarot can offer guidance on potential outcomes based on current energies and choices, it’s not a crystal ball. Instead, Tarot provides a mirror for self-reflection, helping you navigate life’s uncertainties with more awareness and insight. Each card acts as a symbol, inviting you to consider where you are in the present moment and how you can influence your future by making empowered decisions.

Myth #4: Tarot Is Dark or Evil

A common misconception is that Tarot is connected to dark or negative forces, often because of its historical associations with the occult. Some people believe that Tarot invites bad energy or leads to spiritual harm. In reality, Tarot is a neutral tool—much like a mirror—reflecting what is already within you. How you approach the cards is what matters. Many Tarot readers use the cards as a spiritual practice for personal growth, healing, and empowerment. The intention behind the reading defines the energy that comes through.

“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.”
Joseph campbell

Myth #5: You Have to Be Psychic to Read Tarot

This myth can make Tarot seem inaccessible to beginners. While some Tarot readers use their psychic abilities to enhance readings, you don’t need to be psychic to use Tarot effectively. Tarot is a tool anyone can learn to use by studying the cards,

How to Know When You Have a Limiting Belief

(And How to Transform It for a Life Full of Possibilities)

In our journeys through life, we often bump up against invisible walls, wondering why our dreams seem just out of reach. We put in the work, visualize the results, and stay consistent, yet the progress feels slow or stagnant. In many cases, these blocks aren’t external at all; they’re internal, hidden in the form of limiting beliefs. Identifying and releasing these beliefs is essential for aligning with the Universe’s flow, allowing abundance, love, and success to flow into our lives freely.

What Are Limiting Beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are unconscious assumptions or ideas we hold that restrict us from living to our fullest potential. They shape how we see the world, ourselves, and what’s possible for us. Often rooted in childhood, societal influences, or past experiences, these beliefs can feel like absolute truths, yet they don’t have to define us forever.

For example:

* “I’m not good enough.”

* “I don’t deserve abundance.”

* “Success only comes with hard struggle.”

* “People can’t be trusted.”

Each of these statements, though they may feel very real, is a perception – one that can change.

"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
Wayne dyer

How Limiting Beliefs Impact Manifestation

In the realm of manifestation, limiting beliefs can act as unseen barriers between our desires and their materialization. Universal laws, like the Law of Attraction, state that we attract what we believe. So, when we hold onto ideas of scarcity, unworthiness, or fear, we unknowingly create more situations that affirm these beliefs.

Imagine wanting financial abundance but secretly believing that money is hard to come by. Despite all the visualizing and affirmations, this underlying belief sends out a conflicting signal. It’s like planting seeds in soil that’s too rocky to grow anything – the foundation itself needs nurturing.

Signs That a Limiting Belief Is Holding You Back

Here are some common ways to recognize that a limiting belief might be affecting you:

1. Persistent Frustration

Do you feel stuck or frustrated when it comes to a certain area of life, no matter how hard you try? If you’re pushing toward a goal but feel like you’re treading water, it could be that a belief is counteracting your progress.

2. Repetitive Patterns

Are the same negative scenarios repeating? For instance, you keep attracting unavailable partners or jobs that don’t appreciate your talents. Repeating patterns can be the Universe’s way of showing that a limiting belief is in play.

3. Intuitive Nudges

Often, our intuition whispers when something is holding us back. If you have a lingering feeling that “something isn’t right,” or a persistent sense that “there’s more for me,” you may be brushing against a belief that it’s time to release.

4. Emotional Triggers

Certain situations or topics can cause an outsized emotional reaction. For example, if you feel overly defensive or emotional about money, success, or self-worth, there may be a hidden belief about these areas that needs attention.

5. Self-Sabotaging Behavior

Limiting beliefs often lead us to act in ways that prevent us from achieving what we want. Procrastination, perfectionism,

How Tarot Unlocks Your Intuition for Ultimate Clarity

Do you ever feel like you’re searching for answers but can’t quite seem to find them? Maybe you’ve felt stuck, unsure which direction to take, or confused by life’s big decisions. That’s where Tarot can step in. More than just a deck of cards, Tarot is a powerful tool that helps you tap into your intuition, connect with your inner wisdom, and gain the clarity you’ve been seeking. It’s not about predicting the future—it’s about guiding you toward the right path and helping you understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

In this post, we’ll dive into how Tarot can help you unlock your intuition and find clarity in your life.

What is Intuition?

Intuition is that inner voice, the gut feeling you have when something just feels right (or wrong). It’s your natural ability to understand things without needing logic or reason. We all have it, but sometimes life’s noise—our fears, doubts, and worries—gets in the way of hearing it. Tarot helps to quiet that noise and bring your intuition to the forefront.

"The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant."Albert Einstein

How Tarot Unlocks Your Intuition

When you work with Tarot, you’re not just looking at the cards—you’re looking inward. The images and symbols on each Tarot card act like mirrors, reflecting back parts of your subconscious mind that you may not be fully aware of. As you interpret the cards, you begin to notice feelings, thoughts, or insights bubbling up that guide you to your inner truth.

If you’ve ever experienced a Tarot reading, you know that moment when just the right cards show up, and it feels like they’re speaking directly to your soul. That uncanny feeling of alignment, where the cards seem to know more than you do, is part of the deep connection Tarot has with your intuition. It's as though the universe itself is lending you a helping hand, guiding you to the insights you need most.

Let’s explore how Tarot taps into your intuition and why the cards seem to “magically” align with your current situation, bringing you clarity and confidence.

1. Tarot Promotes Self-Reflection

Tarot invites you to pause, reflect, and tune into what’s really going on. Each card tells a story, and as you work with them, you’re encouraged to ask yourself deeper questions: What does this card mean to me? How does it connect to my current situation? What feelings does it bring up? This process of reflection opens up a space for your intuition to surface. The more you practice, the stronger your intuitive abilities become.

2. Tarot Helps You See Patterns

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming when you can’t see the bigger picture. Tarot helps by revealing patterns in your life, whether in relationships, career, or personal growth. When you pull a series of cards, they may point to recurring themes or cycles you hadn’t noticed before. This awareness helps you make sense of your experiences and gives you the clarity to break free from unhelpful patterns.

For instance, if you keep pulling cards like The Tower (signaling sudden change) or The Devil (representing unhealthy attachments), it could indicate that there’s something in your life you need to release. Recognizing these patterns allows your intuition to guide you toward the steps for change.

3. Tarot Connects You with Your Subconscious Mind

Tarot speaks the language of symbols and archetypes—universal images that resonate on a deep, subconscious level. When you work with these images, you’re connecting with parts of yourself that are usually hidden beneath the surface...

Unlock the Power of the Third Eye Chakra for Clarity

https://www.youtube.com/live/1lghtEYCWPg?si=o0tgYvp4v4baRxU0

The Third Eye Chakra, also known as the Ajna Chakra, is one of the most powerful and mysterious energy centers in the human body. Situated between the eyebrows and linked to the pineal gland in the brain, this chakra serves as the gateway to higher consciousness, intuition, and spiritual insight. As the first topic in our Psychic School series, we begin with the Third Eye Chakra to prepare the path of inner vision and set the foundation for the entire psychic journey.

Activating and understanding this chakra is crucial because it opens the door to perceiving the unseen, guiding us beyond the physical world into the realms of intuition, clairvoyance, and spiritual wisdom. Often depicted as an indigo-colored, two-petaled lotus, the Third Eye is not just a symbol but a vital element in the journey of self-discovery and psychic awakening.

By exploring the Third Eye Chakra at the start, we lay the groundwork for all that follows in your psychic development. This energy center connects us to our inner wisdom and allows us to trust what we sense, feel, and intuitively know—key skills that will be built upon in future lessons.

The Third Eye: The Seat of Inner Vision

The Third Eye Chakra is often called the "seat of inner vision" because it governs our ability to see beyond the physical realm. Unlike the eyes that perceive the external world, the Third Eye is connected to our internal vision, offering glimpses of the unseen, the abstract, and the spiritual. It is responsible for our intuition, clairvoyance, imagination, and the profound wisdom that goes beyond logical reasoning.

For centuries, mystics, sages, and healers have revered the Third Eye as a source of enlightenment and divine insight. This energy center enables us to connect with our higher selves, tap into universal consciousness, and access knowledge that transcends time and space. Through the activation of the Third Eye, we can perceive subtle energies, receive psychic impressions, and navigate our lives with a deeper sense of purpose and understanding.

The Pineal Gland: The Physical Connection to the Divine

The Third Eye Chakra is intimately connected with the pineal gland, a tiny pinecone-shaped organ nestled deep within the brain. Often called the "seat of the soul," the pineal gland plays a pivotal role in regulating sleep, dreams, and the body's circadian rhythms. But beyond its biological functions, it is believed to be a physical manifestation of our spiritual Third Eye.

In many ancient cultures, the pineal gland was recognized as the center of spiritual awakening and psychic vision. Its ability to produce melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep, is thought to be a doorway into altered states of consciousness and the dream world. It is in these states that the veil between the physical and spiritual realms becomes thin, allowing us to access intuitive insights, messages from the higher self, and spiritual guidance.

Modern science is beginning to explore the pineal gland's role in human consciousness, and while much remains a mystery, there is growing evidence that this small gland holds a key to unlocking the deeper layers of our psyche. Enchanted Empath
Wayne Dyer so wisely said, "You cannot always control what goes on outside. But you can always control what goes on inside. You are not stuck where you are unless you decide to be."
