A chat with Hayley Plummer who is a health and fitness coach specialising in helping women develop healthy relationships with food and their bodies while getting them to their fitness goals.
Hayley’s mission is to cut the confusion and stress out of getting the body you want and empower you with the knowledge and the mindset you need to keep those results for life.
As a self-confessed foodie who loves cake, chocolate and sticky toffee pudding, Hayley is strongly against restrictive dieting and believes in enjoying food rather than avoiding it. Combining this with a training program focused on improving your body’s strength and capabilities (rather than just flogging it to burn calories) means she can help you achieve awesome results AND enjoy the process along the way.

Victoria graduated from King’s College London in 2011 with a Masters degree in Dietetics and practiced as a Registered Dietitian within the NHS from 2011-2018. Victoria started her career as a Dietitian at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. Here she gained a vast array of experience in the medical nutritional therapy of various diseases including heart disease, stroke, cancer and diabetes. She spent time working in the Weight Management & Bariatric surgery team working with both groups and individuals aiming to lose weight and improve their health.
In 2013 Victoria moved back to her home city of Oxford and joined Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This was a split role spending half her week seeing patients who wanted to lose weight for health reasons and half her week working with patients who had been diagnosed with cancer. She then moved into a senior role as a Macmillan Advanced Dietitian. Providing specialist care for people diagnosed with cancer.
In 2018 she left the NHS to follow her passion for health promotion. She qualified as a Personal Trainer and now offers a private Dietetic service in Oxford as well as working as a Personal Trainer.
Victoria is now in a unique position to be able to offer professional dietary advice alongside exercise advice to a wide variety of clients both online and in person.

I was able to go back to the Churchill Hospital, Oxford, and speak to Carol Scott about her exceptional team in the Radiotherapy Department. It was incredible the level of service that I and many others have received there. I was keen to know how that was built and where it comes from. There were many messages in there that big businesses could learn from too.
