Before we leave you at the end of the year, we wanted to talk about some top mistakes that Sandra sees her clients make when they are trying to improve their health.
We know that many people like to start the new year with some healthy habits and may be seeking a new diet instead of behaviour change to improve their health.
Will you be starting a new diet? This is one of the top mistakes that we see for people wanting to make changes to their health with food.
Other top mistakes and ways to help with lifestyle changes are discussed on this episode.

With the month of November, comes Movember, a cause to raise awareness of men's health issues. That's why there's so many mustaches and facial hair around these days !:)
Today, we narrow our discussion on a topic that is close to Sandra' s heart, prostate cancer. One of her favourite roles while working at our local cancer clinic was facilitating nutrition groups for men with prostate cancer who were undergoing pelvic radiation treatment. For over a decade, Sandra connected with at least a dozen men per week, who were part of the community of people who were improving their nutritional health and wellbeing through their cancer treatment journey.
We discuss proactive nutrition through diet to help prevent prostate cancer and it's recurrence.
