I think we are probably all aware at this point that we need to be feeding our minds even more healthy things than our bodies. If you have never considered this, please do! Without feeding ourselves our best thoughts, even the most healthy body will have have completely unnecessary challenges. Yes! I did say unnecessary. Because as we have covered before, our thoughts are optional. We don't need to have thoughts that cause us to suffer. We are the CEO of our own lives and our thoughts. Let's go ahead and get vulnerable today, shall we? Does it make you feel uncomfortable to be vulnerable? When was the last time you put your heart out there in a vulnerable way? It takes courage to explore our areas where we feel stuck with others, but having a fresh perspective from coaches and loved ones can make all the difference! More often than not, you find you're not alone in the challenges you are facing. If I had a dime for every time I had someone exposed a tender area to me only to get the opportunity to share with them that their area of struggle is common to so many if not most people! And here we can carry around the "if they only knew" story needlessly for years and sometimes decades. We can feel like we are all special unicorns with our challenges sometimes, but I want to offer that next to nobody is going through an experience that is completely uncommon. It takes vulnerability to open these conversations and then you discover you have never truly been alone at all in your circumstances. Let's explore this together in this episode.

At the time of this recording, weight loss medications appear to be here to stay, so let's get into it! This conversation is everywhere and I have all kinds of thoughts about it as I am sure you do too. I have clients on all ends of this spectrum. From curious, to anti, to currently taking these medications openly, to taking them in secret. There is an entire spectrum of thoughts to explore and I am here for all of it!
