Alright, here we are, another trip around the sun, another year of lessons, growth, and let’s be honest, a little chaos. Turning 27 feels like a good time to pause, reflect, and share some of the biggest takeaways from my journey so far. Some are deep, some are simple, all of them have shaped me.

We’re talking about letting go of what you can’t control, why healing isn’t a straight line, and how boundaries are a love language, for yourself and others. I’ll share some insights on aging with gratitude, choosing quality over quantity in relationships, and some health & wellness gems that have actually made a difference.
