    La venta inmobiliaria para adultos. Vendo casas a buen precio porque me gusta ganar dinero y enseño a otros a hacerlo. Lo de vender casas a buen precio. Lo de ganar dinero es una consecuencia de hacer bien lo primero. No es filosofía, ni motivación barata. He consumido mucha y no quiero que tú pases por eso. Es sistema. Es estrategia. Es tener claro lo que haces. Acción con dirección. Y si tú también quieres aprender a hacerlo bien, estás en el sitio correcto. Algunos me llaman soberbio. Pero lo verdaderamente soberbio es que pretendas vender casas sin tener ni idea, que te presentes como profesional sin haberte formado nunca en vender, o que creas que esto va solo de “tener don de gentes”. Aquí no hay espacio para el azar ni para los vendedores por accidente. Aquí hablamos de venta inmobiliaria en serio para gente seria. ¿Vendes casas o solo esperas que suene el teléfono? Porque subir cuatro fotos borrosas a un portal y cruzar los dedos no es vender. Poner "gran oportunidad" en el título y enseñar la casa a cualquiera tampoco es vender. Esperar a que el cliente te diga lo que tienes que hacer no es estrategia, es improvisación. Este pódcast es para los asesores inmobiliarios que ya no quieren jugar a ser agentes inmobiliarios. Para esos agentes que no se conforman con lo que hacen la mayoría de inmobiliarias. Para los que han decidido dejar de parecer profesionales y empezar a serlo. Si estás harto de... Que los propietarios te mareen porque no confían en ti. Que tus anuncios se pierdan entre miles, sin destacar y que solo llamen buscachollos. Que tus visitas te dejen tirado, tus llamadas no avancen y tus ingresos no crezcan... Es momento de hacer algo distinto. Sal del rebaño inmobiliario. Deja de ser un buzoneador de flyers. Despréndete del disfraz trajeado de asesor y conviértete en uno de verdad. Quítate la corbata y deja que tu riego sanguíneo fluya libre hasta tu cerebro. ¿Qué vas a encontrar en este pódcast? Estrategias reales para vender mejor y más caro. Técnicas que puedes aplicar ya. Sistemas que no dependen de tu estado de ánimo, ni del clima. Reflexiones que van a incomodar a más de uno (y eso es bueno). Casos reales, aprendizajes propios y errores que no necesitas cometer tú. En 2007 empecé a vender casas, y desde 2014 enseñando a otros a hacerlo. He sido asesor en una agencia independiente que vendía casas de lujo en Madrid, y después en una franquicia, de la que dos años después fui franquiciado, pero finalicé el contrato dos años antes. No me interesaban que me aplaudieran en esas convenciones que pagábamos a escote. De hecho, los premios no sé ni donde están. Me dan igual. Mi premio es que mis clientes vendan mejor.
