I hate my body right now.
And I know I shouldn’t care. I know it doesn’t matter. I know there are better things to worry about.
But I do care, and I hate it.
And what’s even more frustrating: I eat “right,” I exercise, I meditate, I take supplements…I do all the right things.

We all have our insecurities.
Some are about our appearance, some are about our abilities, and some are about entirely different things.
One of my biggest insecurities to date: my cooking ability.
Like all insecurities, this one didn't come out of nowhere. I wasn't born with it, it isn't genetic, nor inherited.
There was a specific event that caused me to shatter my confidence.
