In this episode I talk about manifesting abundance simply by tapping into your own confidence. There’s very little that we can “control” in life… so when we shift our focus to feeling valuable from the inside out - the universe mirrors exactly that. We’re so worthy in this present moment just as we are - without needing to change anything. By creating space for all aspects of life (especially the “bad” or “ugly”) we can liberate ourselves. When we learn to apply compassion and acceptance - as a by product we inspire true confidence in our value. Today’s podcast is about unlearning the deep subconscious beliefs that aren’t serving us. When we have an unsturdy foundation in certain areas of our mindset, everything can feel shaky. We’re prone to more anxiety, uncertainty, and imbalance within our days. This fuels us with stress, which completely stops the flow of creativity, desire, and pleasure. Today we reflect a lot on self worth, and body image issues. If you find yourself asking; why can’t I just get over this challenge already? Instead of learning how to overcome, maybe it's time to unlearn what isn’t serving you. This intricate perspective is almost more difficult because it entails going within and releasing what may actually feel like a normal process for you.
