This fuels us with stress, which completely stops the flow of creativity, desire, and pleasure. Today we reflect a lot on self worth, and body image issues.
If you find yourself asking; why can’t I just get over this challenge already? Instead of learning how to overcome, maybe it's time to unlearn what isn’t serving you. This intricate perspective is almost more difficult because it entails going within and releasing what may actually feel like a normal process for you. Sometimes the journey isn’t about becoming something, but instead un-becoming everything that isn’t you.
