The Soulful Catalyst Podcast
Nancy Boyd: When Life Stops You So Your Soul Can Speak

Have you ever hit a point where life strips everything back and you’re forced to meet yourself in a way you’ve been avoiding for years?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Nancy Boyd, Soul Mechanic, award-winning coach, healer and writer, and the founder of Bright Wings and the SoulPath Academy. Nancy’s work is all about recalibrating people back to the frequency of their own soul. The way she describes it feels like coming home after being lost in your own life for too long.

What moved me most is how honestly Nancy talks about the moment that changed everything for her. A sudden illness forced her out of a corporate career that was dimming her spirit. In the stillness of recovery, she finally heard the truth that had been trying to land for years. That shift didn’t just change her life. It became the foundation of the work she now does.

Nancy works with people who can feel a deeper frequency inside them but haven’t yet stabilised it. They’re awake, but ready to understand themselves at a higher level. She describes her method as part engineering, part mysticism. She opens the hood on someone’s energetic architecture and shows them exactly where the misalignment is and how to correct it.

We explore:

➤ Why real transformation begins with meeting yourself, not changing yourself
➤ The people who are drawn to Nancy’s work and what they’re actually seeking
➤ What “soul mechanics” looks like in practice and why it’s so precise
➤ How people stop leaking power and start steering their own energy
➤ The deeper mission behind her work and why she calls herself a midwife for a better world

This episode is for anyone who feels the hum of something more inside them, but hasn’t known how to translate that into clarity, stability or direction.

The Soulful Catalyst Podcast
Mark Manderson: The Hidden Patterns Behind Addiction and Healing

Have you ever had a moment that reminded you just how much impact one person’s healing can have on an entire family?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Mark Manderson, CEO of Pacific Shores Recovery and author of The Recovery Way. Mark has spent more than two decades helping people overcome addiction and mental health challenges, and the story he shares at the start of our conversation stopped me in my tracks.

A former client walked in unexpectedly, introduced him to her daughter, and both of them burst into tears. It was the first time they had seen each other in three years. That reunion happened because she was finally sober.

Mark talks about why recovery isn’t just about the individual. It influences entire generations. He works with people ranging from 18 year olds to touring musicians in their eighties, and the common thread is heartbreakingly simple. Most arrive believing they’re broken. What they need most is a safe space to be seen, supported and guided back into themselves.

We explore:

➤ What actually brings people into treatment and why it’s rarely a proactive choice
➤ Why trauma, pain and self sedation are at the core of so many addictions
➤ How Mark’s personal story shaped his life’s work
➤ The illusion of control and why surrender becomes the turning point
➤ What differentiates clients who thrive from those who struggle after treatment
➤ The five foundational freedoms behind long term emotional healing

This episode is for anyone who has carried emotional weight for too long or knows someone struggling in silence. Mark talks about recovery with a level of heart, honesty and clarity that feels rare and deeply needed.

Danielle Zilg: The Moment Logic Stops Working and Healing Begins

Have you ever reached a point where the life you built makes sense on paper, but something in you keeps whispering that you’re meant for more?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Danielle Zilg, a Marriage and Family Therapist who now blends clinical expertise with deep spiritual work. Danielle helps people heal the stories that live in their body, reconnect with their intuition, and return to themselves after years of abandoning their own needs.

There’s a moment she shared that really struck me. For years she relied on logic, rationality, and pushing through everything. It worked until it didn’t.

Once she realised she couldn’t think her way into healing, everything shifted. She talks about what happened when she finally let herself feel again, how her body began guiding her, and why doing “the work” sometimes looks like slowing down instead of striving harder.

We explore:

➤ What happens when your body holds stories your mind can’t access
➤ Why healing requires presence rather than perfection
➤ How Danielle guides people back into safety, connection and truth
➤ The difference between bypassing feelings and actually processing them
➤ Why self abandonment is so common and how to recognise your patterns

This episode is for anyone who has spent years keeping it together, coping, powering through, and quietly sensing it’s time to come home to yourself.

Sara Southgate: The Perimenopause Shift Every Woman Needs to Know

Have you ever reached a stage in life where you suddenly realise the way you’ve always taken care of yourself… just isn’t working anymore?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Sara Southgate, Naturopath and Natural Perimenopause Specialist, who helps women feel good without medication by teaching them how to create real energy through food, hormone-smart eating, and naturopathic tools.

What struck me most in this conversation is how clearly Sara sees the patterns women fall into during perimenopause. So many are eating in ways they genuinely believe are healthy, exercising, drinking water, doing the things… and still feeling exhausted, inflamed, off balance, or unlike themselves.

Sara explains why the metabolism changes as estrogen declines, why the breakfast most women think is good for them is actually working against them, and how stabilising blood sugar for just seven days can shift everything.

I also loved hearing her personal journey. Her practice began after recovering from chronic fatigue when the medical system couldn’t help her. That experience didn’t just shape how she works, it shaped her philosophy: women are not “little men,” and the advice they receive needs to reflect the reality of their bodies. Her natural hormone balance framework does exactly that.

We explore:

➤ Why hormone-smart eating is the key to stabilising metabolism in perimenopause
➤ The most common breakfast mistake that keeps women stuck in inflammation and energy crashes
➤ The three pillars of Sara’s natural hormone balance framework
➤ Why cortisol makes every symptom worse and how simple rituals can down-regulate it
➤ Why intermittent fasting can be harmful for many women unless their body is already balanced

This episode is for anyone navigating perimenopause and wanting a clearer, more compassionate, more grounded way to feel good again.

Scarlett Seebach: Inside the Astral Reiki Modality

Have you ever felt like there’s a whole other layer of energy work happening just beyond the edge of what most healers talk about?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Scarlett Seebach, creator of Astral Reiki, a modality that emerged the moment she realised she didn’t have to stay in her physical body to do Reiki. The way she describes “popping over” into the astral during a Reiki 2 class is unforgettable, and it opened a doorway to a level of healing she hadn’t seen before.

What fascinated me is how natural this is for her. Scarlett talks about what she can see and do when she works from her light body… the clarity, the precision, the ability to access energetic patterns that are hard to reach from the physical plane. The way she explains it is grounded, surprising, and so refreshingly matter-of-fact.

We talk about the clients who arrive with deep energetic patterns, the ones who come for expansion and spiritual development, and what she witnesses when people release things they’ve been carrying for lifetimes.

There’s a moment where she describes watching a client’s energy shift instantly once she located the root of an old injury, and it’s one of those stories that makes you rethink what healing can look like.

This conversation is for anyone who loves exploring the edges of consciousness, energy, and intuition, and wants a glimpse into the kind of work most people never speak about publicly.

We explore:

➤ How Astral Reiki emerged in a moment of pure instinct
➤ What changes when healing is done through the light body
➤ The patterns she sees most often in her clients’ energy fields
➤ Why spiritual development clients feel different from deep-healing clients
➤ What becomes possible when you work beyond the physical plane

Cecilia Magill: The Midlife Realisation That Changes Everything

Have you ever reached that point where you realise you’ve been doing meaningful work for years, meeting expectations, showing up in all the ways you’re supposed to… and yet something important has quietly slipped out of reach?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Cecilia Magill, Founder and Midlife Clarity and Confidence Coach at The Art of Fearless Living. Cecilia works with midlife professionals who’ve built strong careers but feel something missing. They arrive circling the what ifs, craving clarity, confidence, and a life that feels more deeply true.

There’s a moment she shares that stayed with me. During her own midlife transition, she took herself on a three day solo cottage retreat. She covered the walls with post it notes and paper, walked, brainstormed, listened to podcasts, read, reflected. By the end of those three days, she could finally see what she wanted and the first step toward it. That experience became the foundation of her work.

What I really loved was Cecilia’s perspective on where transformation begins. Most people think it starts with action. She’s found the opposite. It begins with permission. Permission to pause. Permission to be uncertain. Permission to want what you actually want. And once people stop long enough to listen, the shift can finally happen.

Her approach blends coaching with creativity in a way that feels fresh. She brings walking into her sessions, using movement and nature to loosen the grip of the mind. She uses simple visual and metaphor based exercises, drawing on art, photography, film and audio to help clients see what’s underneath their thoughts. And the results speak for themselves. One client told her he had become the 2.0 version of himself and would hold space for himself “as if I were the Pope.”

We explore:

➤ Why transformation starts with permission rather than doing more
➤ How walking coaching uses movement and nature to spark insight
➤ The role of metaphor, art and creative tools in helping clients see clearly
➤ How midlife professionals reach the point where something must shift
➤ What changes when confidence comes from inner steadiness rather than external pressure

This episode is for anyone standing at a midlife crossroads, sensing that something needs to change, and ready to reconnect with who they are before the world told them who to be.

Laura Horsburgh: The Soul Coach Who Teaches You the Power of Calm

What if calm isn't about being quiet or still, but about finally coming home to yourself?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Laura Horsburgh, Yoga Teacher, Soul Coach, and Healer from North East Scotland.

Laura says something early in our conversation that stopped me: "Most people are living from their neck up."

Think about that for a second. How much of your day is spent in your head? Thinking your way through problems. Looking for solutions outside yourself. Trying to figure everything out.

Laura's work brings people back into their bodies. Because that's where the answers live. That's where calm actually is. Not the kind of calm that looks peaceful on the outside while you're anxious on the inside. Real calm. The kind that changes how you experience everything.

Her own journey there wasn't direct. She was in PR and event management. Burnt out, erratic, snappy. High intensity workouts gave her a quick fix but actually kept her in that stressed state. Then friends dragged her to yoga. She walked out of those first classes thinking, "What just happened? Why do I feel so amazing?"

That's when she started following the breadcrumbs. A Reiki book in the library. A poster at the gym. Training she didn't plan on. Helping out at her kids' school. Never intending to teach, just loving the learning. Until she was qualified. And then... she slipped right back into those old patterns. Everywhere at once. Diary packed. Burning out again.

That breaking point led her to coaching. Then to becoming a soul coach herself. Now she teaches people how to find their own answers. Not by giving them solutions, but by bringing them into that place where they can hear their body's wisdom. Where intuition gets louder than fear.

What I love is how Laura talks about being attuned to the seasons. We're recording this in autumn, so she's in full reflection mode. Asking what worked, what didn't, what needs to be shed. She's become that lighthouse for others who wonder, "How is she so calm when I'm still running in circles?"

We explore:

➤ What "living from your neck up" really means, and why your body has been trying to tell you something you're not hearing

➤ Following the breadcrumbs, and how Laura went from burnt out professional to soul coach by staying curious about what lit her up

➤ Why calm changes everything, not just how you feel but how you show up in your work, relationships, and life

➤ Teaching people to find their own answers, instead of becoming dependent on someone else's wisdom

➤ Moving with the seasons, and why rest and reflection make you magnetic to the right people

This episode is for you if you're tired of living in your head and ready to come home to your body's wisdom.

Jo Dall: How Kinesiology Unlocks the Body's Inner Wisdom

Have you ever hit that point where you're just... done? Not giving up done, but "I've absolutely had enough of this" done?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Jo Dall, kinesiologist and energy alchemist based in the heart of Derbyshire. Jo helps people release what no longer serves them so they can realign with who they truly are, through her unique blend of kinesiology, energy healing, and ancestral clearing.

This conversation lit me up. Jo has this gift for making energy work feel completely accessible and real. We talk about what she calls "body detective work," and I love how she describes using muscle testing to quite literally ask the body what's going on. Not what we think is going on, what the body itself knows.

What really struck me was when Jo shared who she works with. Not people who are mildly curious or dabbling. The people who find her have hit what she calls the "I've had enough" button. They're done with how they're feeling, how they're behaving, how stuck they are. And that readiness is where the magic happens.

Jo tells me this story about a gentleman who came to her utterly broken. Everything had collapsed. And through the Four Sacred Keys healing journey she channeled during lockdown, he didn't just get better. He got a new relationship, moved house, fell back in love with his work, rediscovered music, bought a camper van, and started having adventures.

That's the bit that got me. It's not about fixing what's broken. It's about people actually coming alive.

We explore:

➤ That "I've had enough" moment, and why the people who are truly done are the ones who transform fastest and deepest

➤ What it means to be a body detective, and how kinesiology asks your body's inner wisdom what's actually causing the pain or stuck-ness

➤ The Four Sacred Keys healing journey, how Jo channelled it during lockdown, and why ancestral patterns might be the missing piece you haven't considered

➤ What real transformation looks like, from new relationships and career changes to rediscovering joy you thought you'd lost forever

➤ The simplest place to start, including why acknowledging energy and staying hydrated matter more than you think

This episode is for anyone who's reached that "enough" point and is ready to stop managing symptoms and start actually living.

Paula Liub: The Neurodivergent Burnout Cycle and How to Break It

What if the reason standard burnout advice doesn't work for you is because you're neurodivergent, and nobody told you that changes everything?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Paula Liub, a burnout expert for ADHD, autistic, and highly sensitive people.

Combining her own burnout experience with a degree in psychology, yoga, and 20 years of mindfulness practices, Paula has developed an effective system that beats and prevents burnout by using a combination of science-backed and mindfulness tools.

After going through many burnouts herself despite having all the right credentials and practices, Paula realised you can't just quick-tip your way through burnout. She went deeper, researched more, and tried different things until she found all the layers and aspects of burnout that contribute to it without you knowing.

What makes Paula's work unique is that she specialises in neuroaffirming approaches that work with how neurodivergent brains actually function, rather than forcing standard methods that weren't designed for them.

We explore:

  • Why therapy can actually make burnout worse, and how Paula's clients often come to her after trying therapy and finding it wasn't helping their burnout, even though there's nothing wrong with them
  • The surprising morning routine science for women, including why the popular Huberman routine (wake up, starve, drink coffee, work out) works brilliantly for men but can be damaging for women, causing nervous system dysregulation and burnout over time
  • Why it's not about what you do, but how you do it, and how neurodivergent people especially need to understand how tools work so they can embody them rather than just checking boxes
  • What people actually want from burnout recovery, which isn't anything magical, just normal life: being able to work, have family, have friends, have free time, and experience joy without feeling guilty for not being present
  • Why diagnosis isn't necessary to get help, and how traditional evaluations often miss or misdiagnose neurodivergent people, especially those with higher intelligence who mask well

This episode is for anyone experiencing recurring burnout who's tried the standard methods and realised they need something more neuroaffirming that actually works with how their brain functions.

The Soulful Catalyst Podcast
Amanda Brooks: Remembering Who You Truly Are Beneath the Energetic Imprints

What if the patterns you keep hitting, the same brick walls you keep running into from different angles, are rooted in something much deeper than this lifetime?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Amanda Brooks, Energy Alignment Mentor and Akashic Records Practitioner, who helps others remember who they truly are beneath the layers of old stories and energetic imprints.

Through her gentle yet powerful multidimensional clearing process, Amanda supports clients in releasing ancestral patterns, past-life wounds, and soul-level blocks that have kept them feeling stuck or disconnected.

Her work brings people home to themselves, restoring peace, clarity, and flow so they can live and create from a place of deep alignment and soul truth.

What makes Amanda's work unique is how she weaves together her grounded training as a chiropractor with her natural energetic and spiritual gifts. This marriage of the physical and energetic allows her to hold space in a way clients describe as deeply grounding, creating the safety they need to heal themselves by removing the blocks that have kept them stuck.

We explore:

  • How your system is trying to tell you what's wrong at a deep soul level, and how Amanda uses different tools to access that information and clear the energetic imbalances creating disconnection and misalignment
  • The surprising root causes behind repeating patterns, from financial blocks to relationship issues that seem perfect until the same pattern shows up
  • Why working with Akashic Records goes deeper than other modalities, and how asking at the core root of the soul reveals patterns from other lifetimes that, even for people who don't believe in past lives, make immediate sense when revealed

This episode is for anyone who's already done so much work but still feels like something's missing, and who's ready to work at the soul level to finally break free from the patterns that have kept them stuck.

Cassandra Love Lambert: The Somatic Path to Feeling Safe Being Fully Seen

What if the reason you keep talking about the same things in therapy, over and over again, is because trauma isn't stored in your thoughts...it's stored in your body?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Cassandra Love Lambert, globally recognised trauma-trained somatic transformation coach, best-selling author, TV host, and founder of C-Love and the Pain Into Power Process.

A single mom who rose from the ashes of childhood sexual abuse, poverty, and betrayal, Cassandra has transformed her deepest wounds into a luminous mission to help women heal trauma, reclaim their bodies, and rise as the heroes of their own stories.

Certified in Evidence-Based EFT Tapping, Brainspotting, and Somatic Attachment Therapy, she specialises in guiding high-achieving women who appear strong on the outside but feel disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed within.

In February 2025, she released her debut memoir, Into the Light: Becoming My Own Hero, a raw and riveting account of trauma, transformation, and triumph that quickly became a #1 bestseller in multiple new release categories, sparking a global conversation about the power of embodied healing and emotional truth.

Cassandra is more than a coach, she's a catalyst for change. Her work is a lifeline for women ready to rewrite the narrative of their lives.

We explore:

  • Why talk therapy alone often isn't enough, and how trauma stored in your nervous system, organs, and tissues needs somatic work to truly release
  • How triggers work in the body, and why something happening today can make you feel the pain from 10 years ago, creating reactions that feel bigger and more dramatic than the present moment
  • The power of EFT tapping, and how this evidence-based modality can help with everything from chronic pain and anxiety to physical burns, giving you a tool you can use in moments when you're drowning
  • What shifts when women do this work, from halving their daily anxiety without meds to setting boundaries, voicing their needs, and moving from doormat to empowered

This episode is for any woman who's tired of talking about the same patterns without seeing real change, and who's ready to feel whole, empowered, and safe in her own body.

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Rev. Dr. Kimmie (Rev. Dr. Kimberly Van Duijkeren), a spiritual healer, metaphysical doctor, and light language channel helping souls release trauma held in the body and activate their divine blueprint.

Rev. Dr. Kimmie describes herself as a walking activation tower - a frequency of healing whose very presence can awaken others to their higher consciousness.

Through light language, energy work, and compassionate guidance, she supports clients in transmuting stored trauma and freeing themselves to embody who they truly are.

We explore:

➤ How trauma lives in the body, and why humans aren’t designed to release it without conscious energetic work

➤ Light language as “vocal Reiki” - a frequency-based healing that bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the soul

➤ Her evolution from traditional Reiki to multidimensional healing, guided by spiritual downloads and personal transformation

➤ How divine feminine codes are rising to restore balance and power

➤ The importance of healers receiving healing, so they can continue serving from wholeness rather than depletion

Rev. Dr. Kimmie’s work reminds us that transformation begins on the energetic level ...that true healing is the remembering of our wholeness and divine capacity to serve.

Shavonne Williams: Manifesting Men, Money, and More Ease

What if you stopped proving yourself and started allowing everything you desire to come to you?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Shavonne Williams - Men and Money Manifestation Mentor and former Air Force veteran - who helps women shift out of survival mode and into their soft, well-loved, and well-provided-for era.

After two decades in the military and a career at Boeing, Shavonne walked away from structure, hierarchy, and constant striving to create a new life on her terms ... one where success feels safe, easeful, and abundant.

Through somatic work, nervous system regulation, and divine co-creation, she helps women release ancestral and societal programming so they can finally receive the love and wealth they desire.

We explore:
➤ How the Men & Money connection works and why manifesting a partner or income starts with feeling safe to receive
➤ Releasing scarcity and survival patterns that keep women overworking, overproving, and overgiving
➤ The importance of nervous system regulation, and how the body must be clear before expansion can happen
➤ Her clients’ transformations, from multiplying income to attracting emotionally available, supportive partners
➤ Her upcoming program, Creatrix Codes, which helps women reclaim their divine power and consciously create a new reality for themselves and their families

This episode is for any woman who’s tired of doing it all and is ready to soften, surrender, and receive ... in love, wealth, and life itself.

Beth McGill: Manifesting Abundance Through Stillness and Soul Alignment

What if abundance wasn’t something to earn, but something you allow?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Beth McGill, energy practitioner, hypnotherapist, and author devoted to helping others remember the stillness within.

Her work bridges the practical and the spiritual - offering tools for the mind, body, and spirit while transmitting a lived reminder that stillness isn’t about stopping, but about being fully alive in every moment.

After more than twenty years as a teacher and financial advisor, Beth discovered the Law of Attraction and completely transformed her life. She learned that abundance isn’t about working harder - it’s about surrendering, trusting, and aligning with your higher self.

Today, through her Alchemizing Soul Blueprints, she helps clients release deep emotional patterns, reconnect with their higher guidance, and manifest a life of freedom and flow.

We explore:
➤ Why manifesting begins with allowing, and how faith replaces the need to control or overwork
➤ How Beth’s Alchemizing Soul Blueprint sessions work, connecting directly with the client’s higher self for precise and rapid transformation
➤ Real-life stories of one-session breakthroughs, including clients who forget their problems entirely because the healing runs so deep
➤ Why she believes in quick, soul-level shifts, working on the conscious, subconscious, and superconscious levels simultaneously
➤ Beth’s own journey of freedom, selling her successful business, creating a new audiobook course, and living the truth of ease and expansion

This episode is for anyone who’s tired of striving and ready to let life flow ... those who know abundance is waiting when they release resistance and reconnect to the stillness within.

Dawn Marcotte: Redefining Retirement with Passion and Purpose

What if retirement isn’t the end of your story, but the blank page where your next chapter begins?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Dawn Marcotte, Certified Professional Retirement Coach (CPRC) and author of Filling the Blank Page: How to Build a Retirement of Passion and Purpose.

Dawn helps individuals prepare not just financially, but emotionally, socially, and psychologically for one of life’s biggest transitions - retirement.

She guides her clients to move beyond the question of “What will I do?” to “Who will I be?” as they step into a new phase of purpose, identity, and fulfilment.

With warmth and insight, Dawn shares why retirement is not the end of contribution or meaning, but a powerful opportunity to reinvent how we serve, connect, and create impact.

Her message challenges the outdated idea that aging equals decline, showing instead how retirees can be catalysts for change and inspiration in their communities.

We explore:

➤ Why retirement requires emotional and psychological preparation, not just financial planning

➤ How to design a life of meaning and joy after leaving the workforce, and why clarity of purpose is the ultimate success metric

➤ The cultural shift needed in how we view aging and contribution, and how legacy can be about impact, not income

➤ How retirees can change the world by the choices they make, whether through volunteering, mentoring, or creative pursuits

This episode is for anyone approaching or already in retirement who wants to feel inspired, engaged, and aligned with purpose - ready to fill their next chapter with passion, joy, and meaning.

Lara Bokovay: Healing Generational Patterns and Parenting from Truth

What if healing your lineage and raising your children consciously begins with coming home to yourself?

Sharon Eden: Awakening the Wild Elder Within and Redefining Midlife

What if midlife isn’t the beginning of decline, but the sacred invitation to become more fully, wildly you?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Sharon Eden, Spiritual Psychotherapist Coach and founder of The Wild Elder.

Sharon helps ambitious midlife women who find themselves thinking, “I didn’t sign up for this,” to reclaim their spark, rediscover their purpose, and design a life they truly love.

With over forty years of professional experience blending psychotherapy, coaching, and intuitive wisdom, Sharon’s approach is both grounded and mystical - a powerful healing blend that draws on ancient traditions, deep psychological insight, and the client’s own inner wisdom.

Sharon’s story began with her own awakening, catalysed by the passing of her mother, which set her on a profound journey of healing and transformation.

Today, she guides women through what she calls the “rite of passage” of midlife ...helping them reconnect with their wild soul, step into authenticity, and live with renewed vitality and aliveness.

We explore:

➤ The “I didn’t sign up for this” awakening - the moment midlife women realise that something’s missing and begin seeking a more meaningful, soul-led path

➤ How Sharon’s unique integration of psychotherapy, coaching, and psychic wisdom supports deep emotional and spiritual transformation, helping clients access their own inner guidance

➤ What it means to reclaim your wild soul - releasing old conditioning and rediscovering the freedom, sensuality, and truth that may have been buried under years of “shoulds”

➤ Why midlife isn’t a crisis but a sacred initiation but an opportunity to step into a richer, more authentic expression of self and live as the “delicious wild elder” you were always meant to be

This episode is for any woman navigating midlife who feels restless, numb, or uncertain about what’s next... and who’s ready to reconnect with her power, aliveness, and joy.
