When Life Gives You Lemons

This is the podcast which interviews high performing individuals who have been through adversity but come back stronger. Hosted by Emma Levy, a physiotherapist who has helped elite athletes on their way to Olympic success. This podcast was born following Emma's own trauma when she was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 36. Sat in the chemo chair she set herself the goal of starting a podcast to explore resilience and the importance of mindset. Through discussion with incredible individuals, Emma aims to explore and share amazing real- life stories of finding triumph following trauma, with the ultimate goal of helping others deal with adversity, and inspiring them to do great things.

Each week Emma chats to an inspiring individual who has faced significant life challenges but come back stronger to achieve amazing things.
