這個節目專門聊心理學，不管是生活、育兒、司法、自我成長...等，只要跟人有關就有心理學在裡面。但我們不是心靈雞湯那種感性的，而是大腦牛肉湯那種理性的。透過理論與科學研究來談心理學，而不是哪個大師說了算。
目前有五個不同的單元：
哇賽心觀點：講者為蔡宇哲博士，透過一些生活事件或專訪來聊心理學。
法客心法聊天室：講者為蔡宇哲與黃致豪律師，聊的是司法心理學相關的議題，主要會從心理科學的角度來談。
哇賽療心室：講者為娜娜臨床心理師，主要談一些軟性、生活與心理的主題。
今天看劇說書：講者為蔡宇哲，影劇/書的成份多了點，主要透過閒聊的方式來談，再佐以心理學來調味。
犯罪不思議：講者為蔡宇哲與戴伸峰教授，談犯罪心理學，以及更深入地談犯罪案件背後的脈絡與成因。
目前是每週更新至少一次。歡迎一起來從這些有趣的心理學知識，來更瞭解自己與這個奇妙的社會。
