Ep. 5 - Embracing Grief and Loss
I recorded this episode of the podcast on the night before the one year anniversary of my son's passing. I wasn't sure I would share it, so i put it away for a couple of months. Yet coming back to listening to the episode this week, I knew it was an honest way to open the conversation around what ultimately we all experience here on earth at different times in our lives; the Loss of those we love, and the waves of grief we will each face as humans being here on earth. I will open the podcast to many more stories around loss and grief into the future, it felt important i go first. In loving memory of my son, Jack Mutsuro Mcrae Koren. Each and every day i miss you, and I'm forever changed by you. You my greatest miracle to date.   T
