Keywords

triggers, healing, nervous system, emotional responses, self-awareness, coping, trauma, physical sensations, safety, transformation

Summary

In this episode, Sonia delves into the concept of triggers, explaining how they are automatic responses from our nervous system that indicate a lack of safety.
