Ep 10: Why I've returned to hybrid coaching

I'm back in the UK!! After 7 months of South Asia and leaving the UK. Most are shocked when I said I'm loving being back.. but one of the main reasons (minus missing kasper my dog) is because I realised that CONNECTION IS EVERYTHING. In the last year we built our EVOLVE community massively via increasing our in person meets and I was feeling off purpose without this! ... This is also why I have returned to in person coaching alongside my online coaching. 

I am a true believer that as women. we need women. we need that connection.

I explain my mistakes here and the repercussions my body faced by not priortising other things to maintain long term results and most importantly... long term health which was interrupted.

In this episode I break down my TOP lessons and changes I have made to my health + fitness journey and how I action a fat loss phase compared to my 20's. After getting washboard ab lean for a photshoot a few years ago and then losing my period, living off caffeine, experiencing damaged hair, and dull and aged skin then experiencing a huge spurt with my health I decided that this is NOT what I defined as health for the long term of my body. I then started over and did things to SUPPORT my health and body long term and I want to share the lessons with you.

Ep 7: How to recreate your health and life in 7 days

Hey hunnies! I am back after no podcasts for the last month!! It had been a really emotionally heavy month- my inflammation flared up and my old mindset creeped in. I hit an all time low and had to reset myself my body and most importantly my MIND. This is what we cover in the podcast today. In 15 days my whole life has transformed- no longer flared up, business transformation, feeling in SO much belief about my BIG goals, feeling the best I've ever felt with training (less than 40 min sessions) and stepping back into decision making. 

I'm very big on rewiring your mind to create lasting change to your body and health. Subconscious rewiring has transformed me befor so I had to connect to this work again to show myself that I can start over and to leave the past is in the past.

This was everything I wish I knew when I needed to get out of a calorie deficit because my body needed safety, homeostasis (balance from a calorie maintenance) and recovery last year and quite frankly.. focussing on just protein and calories was not going to solve the problem.

From starting with a very conventional western approach to fitness - working out to help me confident physically, wanting these aesthetic goals, but yet still feeling broken inside and then leading me to the journey of  talk therapy ,  energy healing and holistic nutrition which helped me to unpack a life long approach to my health and heal my body and mind. Although one part of the holistic journey took a turn for the worst and led me to rock bottom... it gave me an insight into how to heal depression, anxiety and nervous system regulation naturally which has now allowed me to help other women who have gone through the same and want to rebuild their health naturally.
