    現代人的生活步調緊湊而忙碌,陳啟志 Daniel Chen - 加拿大註冊中醫師,設計了一系列適用在各種生活情境的冥想引導。 猶如接受一次能量針灸,快速調整好你/妳的狀態,去面對生活中各種挑戰! 冥想說明: 第一點: 「最重要的就是自然的呼吸,用你輕鬆的節奏即可。」 我們針灸在呼吸補瀉時,會在患者吸氣或吐氣時,作不同的手法。 能量針灸也是一樣,有些冥想適合在吸氣時啟動,有些適合在吐氣時運作, 因此你會聽到:「吸氣,讓金黃色的光芒充滿胸腔....吐氣,把身上疲憊呼出體外。」 這是引導大家,在吸氣時,做補能量的效果,啟動後就可以自然吐氣,不用憋氣。 反之,在吐氣時,引導排除雜氣,啟動後就可以自然吸氣, 不用等聽到口令才吸氣,我保證你等不到就沒氣了啦.... 第二點:「冥想不要太用力,愈放鬆氣的流動愈順暢。」 例如,當我說「吸氣,想像金黃色的光芒充滿胸腔」, 你若是太用力的把注意力集中在胸腔,氣反而可能卡住,流動不順暢。 最好的感覺,應該是如同坐公車時,欣賞著窗外的風景。 由我來引導,我來開車,因此你不用把全副注意放在控制駕駛上。 然而,你一面放鬆感受著車子在前進,一面也欣賞著窗外的風景, 也就是一面感受著全身,一面欣賞著胸腔自然放光,看著能量自然流動。 自然流淌出來的光芒、氣感,就有如車窗外變動的風景, 你可以輕鬆地欣賞它,但不要用力地捕捉它、記憶它。 當年我學氣功的時候,我的老師也說過:「愈放鬆,愈有效;愈努力,愈徒勞。」 這句話我過了15年才比較能體會,所以若暫時掌握不到這個心法,也無須氣餒。 無需辛苦當駕駛,輕鬆當乘客,就是我目前的註解。 一起享受能量自然流動的景色吧!
