Hiiii friends!
Today, we debunk the myth of work-life balance. It's easy to say and nearly impossible to do.
Underneath work-life balance is actually perfectionism; needing to have every aspect of your life balanced...But you're a multi-faceted person, your life is made up of like 8 areas....
How are you supposed to strive for balance across all of these?
That's why I strongly believe in work-life harmony, not balance.
It's about identifying the 2-4 priority areas of your life in this moment in time and striving for harmony and integration across these.
Enjoy and let me know if you agree!

Hi besties,
Today I'm talking about the messy middle, the chaotic & challenging phase that happens after the initial excitement of starting something new wears off.
It’s that in-between space where progress feels slow, difficult, and often frustrating,
Being in the messy middle is hard.
Today, I share how you can accept and embrace it to push through and achieve that ambitious goal you have.
Enjoy!!!

Hi everyone!
Today’s episode is about the myth of the five-year plan.
Five year plans don't work. They're too rigid, create unnecessary pressure and limit us from finding opportunities for growth.
On today's episode, I share a different planning exercise to do when you're feeling anxious and stressed. This one welcomes creativity and flexibility into the fold.
Enjoy!
