Jake is a competitive Crossfit athlete/gym owner from Singleton NSW, about an hour west of Newcastle. He has competed at the regional level in Crossfit including The Down Under Crossfit Championship and The Torian Pro a number of times. He has also represented Australia at the International Functional Fitness Federations National Championships, which TBH I dont know too much about.
