In this client case study we discuss how I've helped Adrian with the following; The reasons Adrian came to me initially. Identifying the struggles he had, but wasn't aware of, and what need really need to work on (different to what he thought he needed to). The things we did to kick start the changes he wanted to make and how the journey changed over time and the focus shifted with this around training, nutrition and mindset. The importance of working together as a team, being honest and open to trying new things. Importance of working in habits and behaviours for long term change including journalling and planning. Why working on the 3 areas of nutrition, training and mindset is important to achieve what you want to do. How structure and discipline brought about the success Adrian has had in changing his health and fitness. The importance of being open and honest from the start of working with a coach to get the best results possible.
Almost halfway through the Fit For Life at 50 year, here's how things are going so far, a little hint, things need to get back on track.....plans in place to make this happen.....
